We commissioned a glass memorial plaque based on the one on Impact Signs website. They were great to work with as we finalized the design, and the resulting memorial plaque is just beautiful. It's only been hanging a day and already we've gotten many compliments. Also, the custom crate it was shipped in could not have been more resilient. We're happy with every aspect of this purchase.

This is my second purchase with you. While the end product has been very good and I have been happy with it, the process is a bit clumsy. Both times, I placed the order online and paid in full at the same time. Both times, I had to follow up after a month of no response. Both times it appeared you misplaced the order. Just not a very reassuring ordering process. It does take quite a long time as well to receive the order. Again, the end product has been great. Just some friendly feedback.

Impact delivered! My aluminum cut letters were perfectly executed, and they arrived early. This allowed me to shine for my client by installing all components of a brand overhaul well before the due date. I'll be back!

The sign that was made was great! My boss and her husband loved it. We were admittedly a bit disappointed that the size of the sign was not large enough to put the tree design on it (minimum size needed was a larger sign that was significantly more than they wanted to spend) but it was still a lovely gift. Very responsive team to many questions and item was shipped sooner than expected. All in, a good experience.
