Messy edging, crack, ignored email
The plaque looked great except for a small crack in one of the corners. Also, another corner had messy/uneven edging and looked pretty rough for my taste (and the money I spent). It didn’t make sense to me because the other 2 corners looked perfect and there’s no disclaimer about results possibly looking like this. I emailed the project designer whom I’d been assigned (Chad), who never replied to my last email regarding my concerns. I also tried customer service, who said they “can’t get much better” and “it won’t be so noticeable from a distance.” Not sure why the website boasts about “attention to detail” and “years of experience” if they’re just fine with mediocre work.

From having a mockup for a meeting to get approval (spot on) to working with me on the plaque, everyone at Impact Signs couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.
