They’ve been very helpful, the initial forms were easy to complete and they kept you up to date with the claim. They managed to secure a balance adjustment that will really help me and they don’t charge any fee for this type of win.

They did everything , I did not have to do a thing, Jo was 100 percent , kept me updated did a great job , Thankyou Jo . Then i recieved payment straight back into my bank account . It did not take long at all 2/3 weeks tops .Highly recommended honestly , I did not think I would get anything but tried as had nothing to lose. claim successful and paid straight out . I have given 2 stars because they are very friendly and give regular updates, however I have had approx 7 claims going through and have not received a single penny. I am now aware that the FOS are charging claims company’s to escalate customers claims and therefore it is too expensive for claims companies to take it to the FOS and so after they have sent the initial complaint to the lender and the lender has refused to uphold the complaint the claim goes nowhere. The lenders are probably doing this to everyone now as they know it’s is unlikely to go any further.

I cannot believe how these people turn on you! Threats with bailiffs and legal action over £40.52.
The threats are unbelievable, all because my bank had to be frozen due to fraud so I said il have to pay what’s left next week, their attitude changes, from helpful at the beginning to vile when you need help or abit of time due to unfortunate circumstances. Wouldn’t use again, wish I’d listened to those that said this before. Avoid!

Over 5 years ago I lost a life changing amount of money due to a financial scam, but what made it even worse was that members of my family as well as some of my closest friends all lost large amounts of money to the same scam also, it was a terrible time and a huge mental struggle for everyone for years, however in the last several months the team at impakt have recovered every single person I knew’s full amounts which was crazy to witness as everyone had long given up on any idea of getting it back. So I can’t thank these guys enough, I have to give a special thank you to krisha and in particular Tom also who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and made the whole process so easy I’m still in shock at how well it all went!

I submitted my claim after seeing the advert on Facebook and they done all the rest for me. I then received an email saying I won my claim and got a £1000 balance written off plus a cash refund.

Stay away, misleading phone calls with empty promises. Promises of getting more money if you allow them access only for them to charge you the best part of 50% of an already arranged settlement without doing anything. Then going to high court to get the money they haven't earned. Praying on people in the lower wage bracket with promises they never intended to fulfil.

Unbeliveable service. Absolutly incredible result for myself completely wiping out a mis sold credit card balance which I would never have known how to do myself.
