The team from Imperial dealt with the entire weekend, booking flights, transfers and managing the event well. We enjoyed some excellent food and company on the trip and the hotel was a delight.

Fantastic weekend in Cannes and Monaco. Brilliant organisation from Imperial Events - so many people both in the UK and France to ensure that everything went smoothly. Great hotel in Cannes and excellent seats at the GP.

Great Experiences
The organisation of events is great, and the seats at the events we have been to have been fantastic, close up with a great view. The only thing that could possibly be improved is the website and the portal, they feel a little dated in comparison to other companies

Followed by a trip down the Thames with a loverly afternoon tea then a great night at Windsor Races
Would recommend this to anyone who likes nice food and a bet at the races

I had a call from John Dart who said this was the event of a lifetime, demand was high but I needed to act quick. The trip was April next year.
I agreed to book, paid my deposit and signed the docs.
Because I needed to act quick and demand was really high I had to review the paperwork later.
The 5 day premium trip only included economy flights for the 12+ hour trip. I flagged this stating that such an expensive trip should be business class.
Sadly the experience from here stops being premium. The only options was for me to suck it up and take what was given. I asked for a refund and to cancel (bearing in mind this is less than 24 hours later) and I was told this was not possible.
I reminded John of the haste he'd applied, the importance he said to move quickly and the high demand. Such high demand that 11 months before the trip they can't sell the slot to someone else??
So far John has refused to cancel the trip and return the deposit.
It's all a con.
It's 11 months away, demand is high, finding a replacement should be easy. The fact they won't entertain this suggests it's clearly a con.
If the guy calls you, run for the hills
Update 4pm.
Had a couple of calls from these people claiming they are not con men and legitimate. But despite everything they are only prepared to enforce contracts. This is despite there being a section on their website talking about operating ethically..... Yeah right!
I'm increasingly convinced these guys are just con men. It should be super easy, with the event being 11 months away to refund my deposit and re-sell the slot. Don't forget it was in high demand and that's why i needed to rush and pay.
Apparently they will be contacting Trust Pilot to say my review is a scam..... lol..... you can't make this up.
Stupid me, I know.

You were not pressured into making a decision. You were advised to act promptly because a complimentary upgrade was available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited availability, this is standard information.
Full details of the package, pricing and terms were provided before you confirmed your booking and signed the contractual documentation. When you raised concerns about flights, we offered an alternative at a cost lower than the options you had independently sourced, which you chose not to proceed with.
Your cancellation request was made after the booking was confirmed and documentation signed. As a B2B events company, our terms are applied consistently across all corporate clients and do not include a cooling-off period or deposit refund once confirmed. We cannot operate with open-ended contracts, venues, allocations and supplier commitments are confirmed in real time.
Verified guests who have recently returned from this trip have described it as "a major part of our life experiences," "perfect from start to finish," and "fabulous." We are proud that it has generated one of the highest proportion of 5-star reviews we have ever received.
We are sorry you will not be part of it next year.
We remain committed to transparency and professionalism in everything we do.

Lacking soul and personality
Good event! While we found staff helpful there was not much interaction or communication with them, really wondered why they were there? We also found the same on our last event over 4 days! Hosts should really add a bit of personality to such events not just to look pretty!

The overall organisation was exceptional. The Belmond train n experience was fabulous. A rain shower intervened to send people below decks on the river trip, but no fault ascribed!
The only negative - and it was quite a big one was that the tables at the Waterside Inn were too crammed in. Not comfortable - “had more room in a greasy spoon transport cafe!” Presumably a victim of its own success, but it did detract from an otherwise wonderful day. (Comments related from the attendees - I was not present.)

An excellent day at Ascot races
The whole day was excellent. A very friendly welcome, great food and wine with excellent service throughout from all front of house staff. We were a party of 4 who had a thoroughly enjoyable day which could only have been improved by us picking the right horses to back!!

We had a wonderful trip on the Eastern & Oriental Express. We had some last minute logistical challenges and Chloe was so helpful in accommodating us and making sure we got from A to B on time. The train, food and overall experience was fabulous!

Oriental Express. The food on the train was outstanding…
The food on the train was outstanding as was the service. All the staff were brilliant headed by Kent our butler. The bunk beds were a surprise and for the investment we paid would have liked one of the rooms where I didn’t have to climb into a bunk bed, they are not comfortable and easy to get in and out of. What was worse the people who had the better rooms did nothing but rib us about it. The bunk bed rooms should defo be less money. Sleeping was difficult up there so ended up being knackered. Chloe and Charlotte were brilliant and were let down by the MBS, the check in was over an hour late and had us waiting about. The suite was awesome. Altogether the trip was a huge success but you
