The team from Imperial dealt with the entire weekend, booking flights, transfers and managing the event well. We enjoyed some excellent food and company on the trip and the hotel was a delight.

The idea was to have a top notch…
The idea was to have a top notch experience, end to end, and it came close, but not quite. Hinds Head was lovely and good to hear a bit about the place from the chef. My wife is Vegetarian and they provided Pea Soup which was lovely, but then this was followed by a small portion of a Pea and Edamame Tart - not an inspired choice given the soup. But the chips were amazing, but too small. Ditto for the treacle tart - three mouthfuls and gone. And no coffee. Coach trip was fine, and so was the boat although the afternoon tea was a bit out of a packet, not the luxury one might have expected for £900+ a head. Our hostess was fine - there when we needed her but not omni present

Queens Club tennis - 2026
We loved our experience at Queens Club for our first visit. The food and drinks were outstanding and this was a way more superior experience compared to the rugby.

I attended Royal Ascot The Village…
I attended Royal Ascot The Village enclosure for the 2nd year running. The whole day was 5 star. The food the drink, the afternoon tea and location was absolutely first class.

a good hospitality area close to the stand great staff in the venue and the food was good quality and nicely presented. the only thing that marred the event was the constant chatter throughout the tennis from a bunch of women from the Midlands who were sat in the row behind but not much can be done about that!

You make the event run smoothly. The programme for the day is sent well in advance. The buffet was good and all the staff in hospitality were pleasant and helpful, making the day's tennis very enjoyable.

Your staff was not organized nor did…
Your staff was not organized nor did they communicate well with each other, let alone me. I hadn't confirmed my tix and the sales person kept trying to sell me a trip on the Orient Express. It was beyond annoying. It was difficult to confirm, and finally we arrive and we are literally on the back row by the toliets. It was ridiculous when we could have gone through another vendor, but I stuck with you because of my event planner. Never again.

Monaco Grand Prix…
First time at the Monaco Grand Prix with
Imperial and it was an absolutely fabulous experience all round. From detailed info in the portal to organisation of flights, hotels and entry to the event - it was all brilliant. Our hotel was just outside of Cannes central so a fair bit of travel to and from the event was necessary but the hotel was excellent and meant that we saw more of the coastline overall. Lanyards for access to seats on the grandstand would have been helpful on the day but that was something minor in what was otherwise an amazing experience.

Monaco Grand Prix - what a trip
Imperial Corporate Events did well, all as it was stated. We had a fantastic time. The reps were friendly and helpful.
The hotel in Cannes was very easy access to the station for the train to Monaco.
Cannes was amazing and fabulous restaurants. A sunbed at Carlton Cannes Beach Club was a must.

Monte Carlo Grand Prix 2026
Monte Carlo Grand Prix 2026
The event was organised professionally and efficiently from start to finish.
Clear communication and excellent customer service before the event (even taking the time to call to check passport details were correct).
Event App had all the information needed in advance.
Hotel accommodation was as described and the staff on the ground were especially knowledgeable and helpful with event tips and local information. Ground transportation to / from the airport on coaches was efficient and the vehicles were of good quality.
Our seats in Grandstand (T2) were superb with views of the track as well as the pitlane) with access to the drop-off pontoon so great for celeb watching.
The charter flights were fine, a Czech airline with food and refreshments provided (a bonus for a 2 hour flight) and the timing was great - an early start but that meant we had lunch in Cannes, visited Antibes on Saturday and a full day in Monte Carlo on Sunday. Monday morning and lunchtime at leisure also helped make the whole experience.
I have to add that after booking I read some reviews about both the organisation, travel and accommodation that made me nervous - but as a seasoned traveler I have to say that opinions of course differ, but as long as you are not expecting a private aircraft, and a six-star hotel you will be happy.
My family and I made memories that will last with us forever - and these memories were enabled by the Imperial Events team - thank you!
