The team from Imperial dealt with the entire weekend, booking flights, transfers and managing the event well. We enjoyed some excellent food and company on the trip and the hotel was a delight.

Belgium Grand Prix
The event was very well organised and everything ran smoothly. This was due to the tremendous hard work of Katie, Chloe, Nunis & Jimmy. We had a wonderful weekend. Seats were amazing & it did not rain…. Not sure how you organised that 🤣 Hotel staff were also very welcoming.

Unforgettable Eastern and Oriental Express trip
We’ve recently done a trip organised by Imperial Corporate Events to Singapore - to take the one and only Eastern and Oriental Express through Malaysia. What a memorable time it was - from staying in the iconic Marina Bay Sands with the biggest infinity pool, to the once in a lifetime experience of traveling for 3 nights in the most atmospheric and luxurious train.
The Imperial staff were amazing - Chloe and Charlotte were brilliant and went above and beyond to make the whole journey smooth and enjoyable.
And the train staff members made our stay unforgettable - including the chef, the bar tenders, waiting staff and carriage stewards. Everyone put their heart and soul to make this trip very special and memorable.

Con artists
Con artists. Scammed my mum into buying a holiday, then refused to cancel it when she was diagnosed with cancer two weeks later. Continued to hound her for money whilst she was having cancer treatment. Zero morals or ethics, only interested in money. Tacky, tasteless and soulless. Avoid like the plague.

Great company
Great company, except when they chase me for invoices not realising we are not a mom and pop shop! *wink. But other than that, great events all the time, our sales teams and customers that get invited seem to be very pleased with this.

Another excellent day out with Imperial…
Another excellent day out with Imperial Corporate Events! The food was exceptional at Heston Blumenthals Hinds Head, and the champagne flowing. A lovely evening at the races and a bite to eat on the river to top it off. The whole event was good value for money and well organised. Ask for Max and he will arrange it all for you stress free.

Hospitality Experience with Clients as not good enough
Considering the paid per ticket for corporate hospitality, the overall experience was very disappointing.
Despite being in a hospitality suite, it felt as though we were a burden to the bar staff. On arrival, we had to ask for our welcome drinks and then convince staff that we had only just arrived before receiving the single glass of sparkling wine included.
The lunch service was also poor. Two meals at our table were missing, and although the issue was eventually resolved, it took around 30 minutes. By that point, the rest of the table had already finished eating. We also didn’t receive our desserts until we specifically asked for them.
For the premium price paid, the level of service fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we wouldn’t choose to use their hospitality again.

The idea was to have a top notch…
The idea was to have a top notch experience, end to end, and it came close, but not quite. Hinds Head was lovely and good to hear a bit about the place from the chef. My wife is Vegetarian and they provided Pea Soup which was lovely, but then this was followed by a small portion of a Pea and Edamame Tart - not an inspired choice given the soup. But the chips were amazing, but too small. Ditto for the treacle tart - three mouthfuls and gone. And no coffee. Coach trip was fine, and so was the boat although the afternoon tea was a bit out of a packet, not the luxury one might have expected for £900+ a head. Our hostess was fine - there when we needed her but not omni present
