I was quite nervous going in to my appointment as I haven’t visited a dentist for 20 years following a traumatic experience. There was no judgement just a warm & friendly welcome, every step explained & I was made to feel the centre of attention by everyone I met. A huge ge thank you to all.

Had the pleasure of meeting Patryk Cesarz and his fantastic team at Denturly Clinic in Manchester recently regarding getting a full set of dental implants in both jaws.
Due to my ongoing medical issues Patryk and his team thoroughly went through my whole medical history with me and has advised me on this occasion it would be in my best interest that I don’t get this treatment my first reaction was initial disappointment but after some thought the Professional and safe conduct and care that I was given by Denturly was remarkable unfortunately this time it never happened for me but anyone else thinking of getting implants I would not hesitate if you want complete piece of mind at a safe practice contact Denturly first.

What a great service pain free.( Well sort of the drugs helped after procedure and sadation on the day ) I just had my 2nd appointment today for scan and check up and pick the shade for my final set of teeth. The whole team have been perfect & professional. Just need my final set fitted then happy days. THANKS DENTURLY from a happy customer.

My experience with Denturly was excellent. From the first visit, the staff were kind and made me feel comfortable. They explained every step clearly and answered my questions with patience. The process was a bit slow but they explained why. My new dentures fit perfectly and feel natural. I am so happy with the results, and I feel much more confident when I smile. Thank you.

I received a call from their CEO today and he was a delight to speak to. Such a lovely man. Agreed with my complaint and couldn't apologise enough. So obviously extremely happy with his immediate response once he was aware of the complaint. And issued me a full refund within the hour
Update - after no reconciliation with Denturly after numerous calls and emails I have now unfortunately had to go down the complaint route with The General Dental Council!

Dreadful customer service, i had a bottom denture made and it was not fit for purpose, after spending over a £1k for this i've never been able to wear it. i've tried to get it sorted with Denturly but to no avail. disgusting and i now have a denture i can't even wear, i requested a refund but was refused and have since emailed to see what can be done and they are now ignoring my emails

I was pleased with first appointment and few after , they do not do what the advert says . 7months appointments was months apart . After they rang said they was ready ,I took my sister with me for the try in that took nearly 8month I tried them in I looked totally terrible I looked like an horse . I had know choice but to keep the bottom set has id had teeth removed and I am a support worker so need them . They arranged to have the top redone . The bottom set are terrible they hurt they do not fit correctly cheap nasty material is used . Anyway I ended up quite poorly and couldn't walk . They wanted the last 600 for the top set but because of my health I didn't pay for 8 weeks at first when they rang I refused to pay up front till I have the teeth as I'd already paid 1000 out . But they refused and said I can't have an appointment till paid , then I ended up getting worse with my heart and legs . Then out of nowhere I get a debt collection agency letter. I'd paid denturly 7th July for my teeth . I explained to the agency I had paid I kept getting letters and phone calls from the debt agent I was so upset that denturly had done this . Then denturly rang with an appointment in Nottingham town to go there for the top set , then I get a phone call last week saying that I cant get them from there now and I have to go to Leicester I started to cry and get quite angry as I have no way of getting there at all and I cant walk 😢. She said she would call me back and see if they can be posted to me . I've heard nothing at all . They have caused me so much stress and hurt with how ive been treated and debt agency on my case when denturly have been paid in full . I'm still waiting ive not got my top teeth still . Absolutely shocking company. It took me alot to save for , live alone work best I can considering my health to pay for this treatment and got alone out for it . I'm only on minimum wage has I care for valuable adults. Looks like I am going to have to go down the legal route claim my money back . They have caused me so much stress its unbelievable.

I had my examination which was great and very professional. . Staff were friendly and supportive. Cannot wait to have my procedure . I will write another review once I have finished with the procedure . The clinic in London was easy to find too!
