While they were good! And I was pleased with my first appointment. Sadly, there are NO LONGER OFFER Dentures as part of their treatment plans. Only Implants.

So, I have had to just stop my treatment half way through. Hence, half the stars. I had the bottom set done, but not the top which is gutting so will need to look around for someone to finish the job!

I did ask why, but I am told that it seems they just decided to stop doing them two weeks ago. All seemed a bit weird.

staff are lovely polite professional but you can still have a conversation with them they dispel any fears you may have always had a great experience on each visit to the mcr based denturly

Following an exceptional experience on having my 1st stage implants fitted, I had started to notice that they were a little loose. I called Kayley at Implantly and she arranged for me to be seen.

Once again, I cannot recommend Implantly enough.

I had to give one star as would not be able to leave a review.where do I start...all you out there beware of this company do not hand over your cash, go to your local dentist.Myself and husband are 73/76 went to DenturIy in Nottingham on Carlton Road, in August 2024,! In November 2024 the CEO advised me to keep persevering, and to go back in the new year which we did, at first my top denture appeared to be okay but I had a slanted smile line on my top denture, my husbands bottom denture which was all he needed was pushing against top teeth causing him pain on completion of denture final fitting both myself and my husband came away totally deflated I cried on and off for several days we are still not able to wear them but paying our bank Ioan off which if they fitted would not be an issue.From 2024 up to now I have been in talks with the Dental complaints office 020 8253 0800 who are being very helpful so far.The dentist who treated us left this year and other dentist are winding down her side of the business I asked if I could go to them and was told no Birmingham we would have to go to, as I asked way back for another surgery not Nottingham believing the same dentist was there now I have been looking at the company and from late2024 to early 2025 2 directors have left the company.I am stressed with the whole situation 72 when I started treatment now 73 for 2 months fitting and supplying of dentures near on £2000.and still fighting my case I have sent a letter to the director with same surname as the (CEO)? This week, as Advised by the legal team at the DCO if I get no constructive resolution, from them I will take even further,I was hoping to be given permission to go back to surgery but after all these months on the phone speaking to customer services (not very helpful) for the most part,being denied SAR as I had Reason to believe it was not the CEO I spoke to in 2024 and wanted all data they held on me, but was told all call recording are kept for training and monitoring purposes! I believe the decent honest thing they could do is refund me.
There is a lot more I could write but I'm finding it too upsetting,life's hard enough without having to go through all this rubbish .Please Please don't sign anything if at all possible until your treatment is complete, and certainly consider not paying everything up front. To wind up, dentist are not Denturly employees, they like rent the chair for a better way of describing the set up,but you pay Denturly, any problems they will not deal with your issues they tell you to sort out with the dentist I would give no stars at beginning of this review if I could have.A complete disaster from start to end,please please consider your local dentist 3d imaging sounds magical but doesn't work for everyone.

Have paid £1500 and received no service.
Kicking myself for paying upfront but did as I was offered a discount for paying in cash foolishly. So please be warned.
Good reviews on here are fake!! Please read the bad ones before booking with this company.
Went for my scan.
When it was time for my wax fitting it was cancelled the day before and said there was a system error & no explanation why my 90 mins scan appointment didn’t work.
To be rebooked in, in Manchester even though I went to Leeds.
This was then cancelled!
So I requested a refund and have been chasing this since January to be told £750 was coming.
And today I have rang and none of the phone numbers work. Finally got through on a Manchester number to be told she is head office and has no information and can not pass me onto anyone else.
There is no head office! There is no finance team. They just rent rooms out of other people’s places to put on an act of having an actual company to take your money!!!!

Considering it’s a denture top it fits amazingly well I got mine done Liverpool Rodney st highly recommended I was going to get implants glad I saved my money staff were great

My Denturly experience was exceptional. It was such a comfortable experience doing impressions from start to finish and a super quick service with amazing staff who explain everything. The actual approach of dentist and assistant lovely professional caring and supportive explaining as they went and loads of advice and supportive reassurance
Only critique is of the delay from the lab was a long wait for procedure which was hard due to continual infections until offending teeth and roots could be removed

They made me feel comfortable and didn't judge me on my teeth and when they put my new teeth in my eyes was filling up they are so beautiful 😍 I love them thank you very much they have give me so much confidence ❤️ 😊

Im a very nervous patient but the staff and dentist at Denturly are amazing. The whole process is easy, simple, and the staff are amazing. I will not go elsewhere. Highly recommended. Nurse Nosheen and dentist Akram are both fantastic.
