The remote control seems to be working fine except for the bass and treble buttons. I can not detect any change when they are used.

We do try our absolute best to always have orders delivered in time, but as we import all our items on request, we can sadly experience delays with shipping or customs which are out of our control. It was a great experience and the product itself was in perfect condition. (The product packaging was not in great condition, though.) I do not think this was within Import It All's control, so they get 5 stars from me. I'll use them again for sure.
