A picture is not always right ..............
Purchased 3 door lock releases from the company. Unfortunately, the manufacturer changed the model, without telling IN2, hence the old picture had remained on the website. And thus I ended up with 2 wrong ones. Called IN2 and was really impressed with the service they tried to offer to correct the mistake. Compliments to Mr. Ross in technical. He phoned around to see if there were still old models out there, but to no avail. So I got a refund. I will order from them again as they tried very hard to please the customer.
