We are New Zealand's first 100% Organic certified coffee roastery. We source our coffee directly from high altitude, shade-grown organic coffee plantations, mostly from Peru. The result: a great coffee with a bush to cup integrity and quality assurance. Choose Organic certified coffee, for a better quality cup, a better environment, carbon reduction and better outcomes for local communities. Each coffee variety and origin is traditionally drum roasted to its ideal profile. We blend each type of coffee after roasting. We rest the coffee for at least a day to degas and package in high barrier film so that the coffee can degas and develop its flavour further, without staling due to moisture and air exposure.

Fourteen years in, and they still raise the bar.
We didn't fall in love with IncaFé Organic Coffee on a whim. We switched to them over a decade ago because the coffee was exceptional — and stayed because of who they are as a company. That's a different kind of loyalty.
In an industry full of vague claims, IncaFé is the real thing. Truly New Zealand family-owned. Genuinely certified organic — not the watered-down, asterisk-riddled kind. They've never cut corners in the 14+ years we've worked with them, and that kind of integrity isn't something you find easily. If there's another roastery in New Zealand operating at this level of honesty and quality, we haven't come across it.
And here's the part that still surprises us — they're 15 to 25% more affordable than most other roasters we've compared. That's not a compromise. That's just them doing right by their customers, the way they do with everything else.

Terrible Inca Te Organic Chocolate
I tried the Inca Te Organic Chocolate, and I found it terrible. Blend, not tasty, lack of body and very watery. Must be the low fat concentration. The worst part it is very sweet and I can’t even put two spoon in my cup as recommended. Test like a very cheap hot chocolate drink. Very disappointed.

Coffee tastes great and delivery is fast
The delivery is fast, and I love the free shipping over $40. The coffee is Shade Grown, which is really important to me. It also tastes great!! I would highly recommend IncaFe Organic Coffee.
