We are New Zealand's first 100% Organic certified coffee roastery. We source our coffee directly from high altitude, shade-grown organic coffee plantations, mostly from Peru. The result: a great coffee with a bush to cup integrity and quality assurance. Choose Organic certified coffee, for a better quality cup, a better environment, carbon reduction and better outcomes for local communities. Each coffee variety and origin is traditionally drum roasted to its ideal profile. We blend each type of coffee after roasting. We rest the coffee for at least a day to degas and package in high barrier film so that the coffee can degas and develop its flavour further, without staling due to moisture and air exposure.

After tasting the coffee at the Green Expo in Napier, I knew I needed to get my hands on some of this great coffee. Organic, ethically produced and sourced, and great taste. Excellent value for your money. Go ahead and order some, you won't be sorry. Highly recommended.
