We went to hemmingsway mall shop to exchange a keyboard for an iPad with my elderly father, we waited in excess of 45 minutes to complete the process. The shop was very quiet, the manager was eating and was not bothered with helping customers. The process is broken for exchanges. Please review this.

Mahdee was amazing , got me what i needed which was a tv box and even showed me the capabilities on the jbl party box , great place will purchase soon again.

Sometime end of June purchased iPad m5 pro 13 inches from Eastgate the service was good but after only 5 day the unit stopped working and on the 6th of July 2026, I brought it back and was told that they are send it back to the manufacturer and I will be updated on the progress. That when my nightmare started no updated whatsoever, I made a follow end July and was told that I remove the device from my iCloud. After they went quiet. On the 13th of August I made a follow up and was told the unit is being held by customs. I am looking at more than a month and half and nothing has been done only lies and lies. I will never use this store very worst purchase ever

I submitted my watch to the technician at Sandton City on the 20th July due to my watch ot connecting on Strave. They said it will take 7-14 days for repairs. I've called on the 4th of August which is past 14 days and no one answers the calls they say they will put me theough to technician side but not a single person has been answering the call just drops. Yesterday I decided to go inperson to Sandton City to check up on the watch since its been 20 days and I was informed that the technician it went through has not been responding nor on the ETa of when I will receive my watch back. Its been 20 days with no ETA I need my watch back I am a runner and active person this cant go on any further the service has been so poor. I need my watch or a replacement. Thanks

Very unhappy and dissapointed with incredible connection online.

I ordered JBL BAR 500 MK2 5.1 Soundbar & Sub - Blk on the 2026-07-31. I got notification that my parcel will be dilvered on 2026-08-04 of which that was Tuesday. Mind you I had to make sure someone was available at my to receive the package.

Waited whole day no communication with the courier JDEX. I had to wait till Thursday I decided to contact again seeing the day is moving by. I was told will be delivered before end of the day Thursday or Friday

Now it's Saturday, still nothing. Their 2-5days thing isn't working

I bought a laptop at Incredible Connections in EL about 2 months ago.
Excellent service received from Singatha at the EL Hemmingways branch. He's good at his job and is well informed.

Delivery service is very unreliable and never on time as promised. As of today, I have not yet received my package. Their email support is useless, they don't respond to any emails I send.

I am a student who was making their very first big girl purchase. Very amazing service on Saturday afrom Brian O Neil who was assisting me pickout my laptop for school. He Was very patient with me as well.

Other staff, wasn't as helpful . Very distasteful from cashier/sales person who left me without explaining anything mid transaction. Least she could've done was explain that its end of her shift , I'll be assisted by someone else, instead of treating me as if I am a nobody just because I had to increase my limit on banking app. I did feel belittled in a sense, as if I was a time waster who didn't hsve the money to make the purchase. Sometimes a little patience with someone goes a long way, Anywaysssss....shout out Mr O Neil.

I would like to recommend kholeka zala she has a god service. She serve you with a smile. Keep ot it up the good work

asked to be present when HI sense technician inspects my tv but they did not afford me the opportunity ,
they only tell me he says tv was broken and void warranty , there was no damage to the Tv it is the second hisense 4k tv that has had the same fault that i have purchased ,previous one warranty paid out ,asked for report to go to ombudsman still waiting 3 months

Update: Today 27 July 2026 I finally received my completed order.
I placed an order on 8 July 2026 to be delivered within 2 -5 working days. Today 20 July 2026 I have not yet received my complete order. I have been communicating with someone since 13 July with no resolution. This is the worst service I have ever receive from any Company...

I tried to do a credit application at the Pavillion branch. I was at the store at 6:20pm. I was told they can’t assist me with the credit application, because it’s too late, I even told them to try but no luck.. I will never visit this branch or recommend anyone to go to this branch.

I beg you do not use their Online store!

Incredible online is a complete waste of time,
I kept getting transferred or put down, or they would walk away from the phone and made me wait 10+ minutes.

I then went to the store and explained what happened and was given a gift card to keep me happy (as pay back) as they did not want to contact head office.

I purchased a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum after the checkout page clearly displayed a total price of R5,999 (VAT included) on the 2nd of June. However, I was charged R6,899 instead.

When I queried the discrepancy through online channels, I was told the promotion only started on 4 July, even though my order was placed on 2 July and the sale started from the 1st. I have screenshots from the checkout showing the R5,999 price and VAT-inclusive total

This explanation does not address why I was shown one price at checkout but charged another.

I expected the advertised checkout price to be honoured or, at the very least, a clear explanation of the pricing discrepancy.
Instead, I received a generic response that did not resolve the issue.

I hope Incredible Connection reviews this matter properly and improves its pricing transparency, as this experience has left me with very little confidence in shopping with them again.

Their support on Facebook is also completely incompetent.

I hope this helps other customers and makes them aware to check their invoices after purchase
