Increlo Avis 

One of my reviews was never posted online and when I contacted customer service, they never even bothered to respond. I have been waiting 2 weeks now. What a joke.

I paid $49 to start a beta review of my book and didn't get any review requests after more than a week. I decided to request a refund under their policy. I requested the refund 9 days ago, and they haven't taken any action. They haven't responded to my requests for a status update. Now I have to spend time working with my bank...I can't recommend Increlo.

I received two reviews, both of which were clearly AI generated. I investigated other reviews by the same reviewers and they were also clearly AI generated. In fact I discovered a whole bunch of recently created Goodreads accounts pushing out AI reviews, I suspect many driven by Increlo. When I reported one of my reviews on their system as being AI my account was suspended. I have been ghosted by them since. People who are reporting this service as being 5 star simply haven't worked out what is going on and are grateful for what appear to be very complimentary reviews provided at a relatively low cost.

Increlo is a predatory operation that deceives indie authors, takes their money, and vanishes when held accountable.

1. Misleading Location & Credentials They list themselves on Trustpilot as a US-based company, but their actual operations run out of Edmonton, Alberta. They actively mask their location to avoid accountability.

2. Non-Delivery & Refusal to Refund I canceled my transaction ($29.87) immediately after realizing what they actually do. They pocketed the payment, failed to deliver any legitimate service, and completely ghosted all refund requests. I have been forced to file formal disputes through my financial institutions and banking regulators just to recover basic funds.

3. Major Threat to KDP Accounts Their core business model centers on incentivized reviews and paid engagement schemes. These practices directly violate Amazon’s Terms of Service regarding customer review manipulation. Using Increlo places independent authors in immediate danger of having their reviews wiped or their KDP publishing accounts permanently terminated.

They operate with deceptive business practices, non-existent customer support, and complete disregard for author safety. Avoid Increlo at all costs.

I contacted Increlo twice with important questions regarding their policies and how they relate to Amazon. After submitting my first inquiry, the only email I received said:

“Submitted. We’ll pick up your ticket soon.”

But no one ever followed up or answered my questions. I contacted them a second time and still received no response.

When a service involves promoting or marketing books on Amazon, authors need to know whether what they’re paying for complies with Amazon’s policies. I wasn’t asking an unreasonable question. I simply wanted clarification before putting my books or Amazon account at risk.

After reaching out twice and receiving no actual response, I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. One star.

I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical. With being a newly published non fiction author, I've been inundated with all sort of "magic" claims. I decided to try this and only use the free 100 credits to see what if anything would happen. Well, it only took a couple of days, and I actually received 2 reviews. Both positive (5 stars) with one even adding a minor critique. Definitely a worthwhile experience.

For the most part, the promise was fulfilled. My one issue is the alternative reviews that don't post anywhere. I mean, thanks for the dopamine hit but what I'm paying for is exposure, and a review no one sees is not what I paid for.

As a first time user, it was easy to use. I appreciate the free credits as a tester. The campaign was is to set up, responses came in a timely manner, and it was apparently the Readers read my book. No vague comments. Thank you.

2 responses show me that this approach is not for me. Maybe it's because my book is non-fiction? I'm not sure.

Although the platform is user friendly and the concept is great, I am not happy that one of the reviews (from TL) was included as one of my 7 even though I protested her review. I requested a review as it was obvious she never read the book or even looked at the cover. The review was even posted on Amazon. I asked that that review be removed from Amazon. It is still there. I also believe I should receive a legitimate review as part of my 7 that I paid for.

I wish we got more credits to have more books reviewed for free. The reviews I got were great. Honest reviews from real readers. If I ever get a few extra bucks, I’ll definitely buy more credits to get more books reviewed.

They failed to correct Rori S' misplaced review of a book entitled 'Healing the Modern Soul' into my 'Conquest!' campaign, after my repeated requests they do so. His four star rating of that book, pulled down the average five star rating that was trending for 'Conquest!' To date, they have failed to even respond to my messages.
Two readers opted to post a summary/critique rather than a review, which is fine, yet the data on both stated 'purchase verified' but no recent purchases appear on my KDP dashboard.

They fulfilled exactly what was promised. I got great reviews for my book. Very pleased.

Increlo is extremely easy to use. It makes the process of getting ARC readers and reviews done very easy to do.
