Two free book reviews were submitted and posted on the Increlo site, as promised. However, only one was posted on Amazon. I will contact Increlo on the issue and will consider continuing with Increlo after reesolved.

Using Increlo worked out great!
Increlo did exactly what they said they would do. They promised 18 reviews and that's what I got. The reviewers often gave reviews that showed they had read my book and could give thoughtful reviews.

I got two fake reviews
I got two reviews, one on Goodreads that was obvious the reviewer hadn't read my book, but parroted the synopsis; and the other one on Amazon, which was also suspect that the reader hadn't read the book, and was damning of the quality of my prose, which has been praised by other reviewers. She said the book wasn't "believable." It's a fiction novel (duh)!

Increlo connects authors with real, independent readers who choose to read your book based on the description & synopsis you provide. Because they are real people, we do not, and cannot, guarantee 5-star reviews.
Just as you are free to share your personal experience here on Trustpilot, readers are free to share their genuine, subjective opinions of your book on Amazon, or whichever platforms they choose. Real readers have real preferences, and quirks, and not every review is going to be glowing.
That being said, we do maintain strict quality standards for our reader pool. If you truly believe the first reader did not finish your book and merely copied the synopsis, you are always welcome to use the report feature in your campaign dashboard. Our moderation team manually investigates all of these reports.
I truly wish you had a better experience, like the hundreds of other authors successfully using our platform. Best of luck on your publishing journey!

Did get 2 nice reviews but it had zero effect on the traffic to my URL and zero effect on my sales...not sure what to do next. If I had one sale that would have meant something.

I consider it a good solid ROI.
I have just started with a small campaign: getting reviews for three books. I think the credits are affordable (PLUS). I have gotten one four star and three five star reveiws on Amazon (PLUS). One reader mentioned wanting to read my other works and encouraged other readers to do the same (HUGE PLUS). Right now, I don't have any extra book sales from it. I wasn't expecting any to many (? result). That means, I should try some marketing ads with you for each book. That will be the BIG test on another giving you a fifth star. I am please so far with what I have paid for. I consider it a good solid ROI.
