The course shells were often outdated or incorrect. I only had one instructor that ever tried to reach out to me and connect with me. This one instructor, Dr. Squillaci, asked me the first time she met me how I was doing preparing for my preceptorship. That was the mod before it was supposed to start. NO ONE had inquired or given me the appropriate information and guidance about this, even though I had reached out months before asking questions. I found out that I was supposed to have my preceptor found and all of the paperwork turned in BEFORE that mod started. I had 2 weeks to figure this all out...something that I was supposed to be told about months prior. I was just really lucky that this instructor took the time to reach out and inquire about it and guide me through the process.

The material in the program was very useful. I feel that I learned more from the material in this program than I was going to learn in another program I initially started out in. I did learn a lot for my job as a nursing educator, but it was not because of the delivery or the instructors.

This college has been there for me. Threw thick and thin. It has been the best accommodating college I ever went to. If I never would have came to Independence University, I never would have gotten my degree and finished my schooling. Thank all of you for being the best support system I had.

My advisors are amazing, always going above and beyond for me. And I really like some of my professors too, they were helpful when I needed it. I can't wait to be able to re enter for my bachelor's degree courses.

This is a Excellent College to go to. I have referred some friends to go there. I stated you offer the best teachers and instructors. I am so glad I went there. You are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to give 5 star, but after finishing my associates I was so excited to continue into my bachelors which I tought for being already a student would had a faster way to continue into, but for some reason the program was "full" Im not here to put no one under the bus but I rather honesty. Great school and support they provide!

It was a great learning experience for me and I learn a lot of new material. To anybody that want to join independence university make sure you are mentally prepared and know what you are getting yourself prepared for. The whole independence university staff is always there to help long as you ask for help. I love everything that I was taught at independence university.

Got baited into this shi**y school by friends.

When you go to school for an "at your own pace" school they do a very shi**y job at doing that, not to mention that they lock assignments that are past due. So much for "at your own pace" when you chose a school you should know how good the school is with its students.

If you want a good school to go to.

Maybe the teachers are nice maybe not, all I know is my experience is that this school is sh** and no one should put their own hard earned money towards going to it.

Comprehensive and complete. the education I received was up to date and delivered in a format that allowed me to successfully achieve my goals where ever I was around the globe. That was crucial during such a challenging time for all of humanity.

They are wonderful and helped me achieve my career, and also progress to whom I want to be! Best place ever!

I am planning to return to Independence University ASAP ! I am more than satisfied with the learning journey and on line student experience I had at I.U. , where I earned an Associates Business Degree.

The 100% online degree program allowed me the time flexibility to “go to school” while still working a job, and care giving for my mom.

The journey was bumpy and the challenges were many. There were many times I thought I can’t make it ! Oh but my I.U. , student advisors wouldn’t let me , or I got a call from my Instructors, or an email from Student Services. The Student Success Center , the one on one support and advice with patience and care that was motivating and gave me focus to remember why I started this journey.

Oh my I am grateful to Independence University for more than I can express.

Teachers and school officials are amazing

I was able to work at my own pace for Majority of the classes. The classes were well thought out and almost all of the Professors had shown compassion and understanding....

My overall experience was great. Because of the Challenges with having a full time job, Being a parent, and never sleeping.... IT makes it so much more rewarding to finally be finished. I want to thank everyone for their understanding and effort that was put into me to get me where I am today. Thank YOU.

Loved this education experience. It was flexible with my schedule, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I loved getting my education from IU! There are so many people that can help through. Many of my instructor reached out to me by phone just to check in and chat and see how I was feeling about the course. I even got my daughter to start taking classes here. Instructors are very understanding when as long as you communicate with them.

There isn’t really anything that should be changed. The directions are sometimes bland and hard to follow. The teachers need to give a much better explanation of work. Otherwise the experience was excellent

Really enjoyed getting my associates degree through Independence University. Plan on reenrolling.

I am so glad I chose I.U. to return to school at 40. After having a child during my first six months of school and ending up sick in the hospital, the staff at I.U. was great and helped me continue on afterwards. They were greatly supportive and I feel the guality of education I recieved was great as well! I lived my experience and recommend I.U. to anyone looking to further their education.
