I would give 0 stars if possible

I would give 0 stars if possible. The shipping was awful. Took 30 days. The toys are cheap. Suction doesn’t even stay on the floor. Rope was so tiny and not even the color I ordered. Do not buy. This company is shady. I wrote comments on their Instagram and they delete them and then block me instead of trying to make things right.

SCAM !!!!!!

SCAM !!!!!!! I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND ASKED HOW TO RETURN IT, THEY EMAILED ME BACK INFO, I SENT IT BACK, AND NEVER GOT MY REFUND AND THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not EVER buy from them !!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible!!

I would give zero stars if possible!!! Ordered the suction cup dog toy and the delivery was on point. I tried suctioning the toy to the floor(vinyl) it wouldn't stick, I stuck it to wall and it came off with a slight pull and I stuck it to counter and it stuck better but I could pull right off and I am much weaker than my dog. Some reviews say best is to attach to a glass door and that's just crazy to me! I have a 65lb dog that would possibly pull the glass down so I wouldn't even attempt that. I realize that there are no returns or refunds but a response is great. Either way I am not satisfied and item is not as described. I have sent them 7 emails in past two weeks and no response. BUYER BEWARE!

I placed an order for 2 toys on Dec…

I placed an order for 2 toys on Dec 11th and have yet to receive my purchase. The charge has cleared my credit card no problem. I've sent multiple emails, posted on FB, and reached out on Twitter... crickets. Not a single response.

I’m going to be one of those “wish I…

I’m going to be one of those “wish I could give zero stars” people. I ordered two of their toys advertised on social media. I only received one. Over 4 weeks now of writing them emails (the ONLY way to contact them) and I’ve received not a SINGLE reply, no second item, and no refund. They ABSOLUTELY couldn’t give a single &@#% about customers.

Product broke almost immediately

Product broke almost immediately. Their response was “no returns” without so much as any sort of attempt to help. Terrible BS artists.

Decent product / Weak service

Cheap toys. Mediocre delivery. But my dog seems pretty damn happy so I guess money well spent. Just wish they were little more organzied thats all. No need for any less than 3 stars though.

Don't trust this website

I purchased 3 halloween dog outfits on 1st October and after numerous emails requesting a date of shipment, I received a tracking link that showed that a shipment had been created but was never picked up. Further emails have gone unanswered so I have disputed the charge with my bank. Don't trust this website

AWFUL company!!

AWFUL company!!! Don't ever buy from them.

Late September - Ordered Holy Hound Dog and Deadly Doll Dog costumes.
10/9/19 - have not received order, Reached out to Indigo Petco on status.
10/9/19 - received email stating I will receive my order before Halloween.
10/19/19 - received text that order was shipped but did not give tracking number. Sent email to Indigopetco stated that I have a party on 10/26 and need costumes before then.
10/30/19-did not receive response from my 10/19/19 email, have sent another email asking for status and requesting directions on returning their costumes
10/31/19-received costume at 11:30am. However, only received 1 costume (Deadly Dog) and as of date (11/4/19) have not received the other costume or response to my email.

Spent over 50 dollars on a costume

Spent over 50 dollars on a costume (I live in Canada and paid for fast shipping) I ordered on Oct 9th I didn’t receive and they lied telling me it would be “guaranteed delivery before Halloween” and it’s Halloween now and it didn’t come! They do not answer emails about concerns ! Which I should of realized it was a bogus company because they have no phone number to reach them at all! They block your emails n don’t answer your Facebook/Twitter or instagram messages! They’ll lie and tell you that your product been shipped and that you have to wait 7 days for it to show up by”making a pre label” but never send your item! They shipped my item monday(3 says before halloween) still no costume 😡I do not recommend trusting this company or buying something from them! Noticed a lot of reviews about this company like mine , it is very true ! Please do not waste your money on this bs company !

Very very bad customer service

Very very bad customer service. This site is a JOKE!!! I ordered product Oct 6 and paid more for shipping 5-12 days. Countless emails with generic response and then no response at all. They say guarantee Halloween delivery however i payed extra for faster shipping. i asked them to cancel my order and send full refund and NO RESPONSE ONCE AGAIN. i will start legal action...

They’re a scam

They’re a scam. Advertise product as in stock but it’s been 3 weeks and I have not received my product or any shipping info. When I contacted them for a refund they pretty much said we guarantee before Halloween. I ordered 9/27. Give me my refund!!

Cats not happy

I ordered a product but had to wait months.
Shipped from China, and now I see they bought it from Aliexpress and overcharged me dozens of euros for the same product, shipping, and service. Sad. Waiting period was no fun.. Also the quality of the product disappoints. My cats are not happy.
