Like others here.. placed order mid May 2020, credit card charged immediately. No package as of today June 8, 2020. No response to multiple emails and nobody picks up the phone. Buyer beware!
Very bad I buy april 30 and still waiting 1 month and 2 week and they don't sent nothing and no provide traking number.
I try contact a lot times and leave a lot message but never answer .

SIMPLE just a scam.
If I can give them zero star, I will. It’s been over a month now and I have not received any shipping confirmation. My credit card has been charged. I have sent couple of emails to check on the status to no avail. I tried calling but no one is picking up. I understand there is a pandemic going on but it did stipulates in their website of 7-10 days turnaround time. If you cannot furnish the order, at least keep us updated or reply to our queries. This is just bad non existent customer service.
April 2020 ordered over $200 worth of items. My cc charged the same day. 2 wks later still no shipment. Inquired by email and store replied problem with import, ok I thought. A week later shipment came in 1 box very heavy. Some fragile items arrived as crumps, naturally. Switched few items with different brands or packaging without asking and an item missing but showed on P/L. Days later I sent email asking what happened with missing item. They replied "o, the set was not available", whaat ? They knew it was not shipped, but not telling me and not refunded my money ? They finally refunded missing item, but no explanation on switched brands, packaging. Prices were a bit better than specialty stores. Not quite 2 stars.
This store is totally waste.
No status on the order after two weeks, emails went with no respond.

If they have No star, i would pick that one. Because 1 star is very generous. Never ever buying stuff from this online store. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They seems not ready to have a business.
I bought from this store a week ago 3/23/2020 and i have never received anything.
Yes they get my money already. I cant cancel, i emailed 3 times but no one reply. Tried to call a couple of times but no one pick up. How can you not responded to your customers questions?

I was so excited to get the limau lime until I got the limes and they are all yellow! The photo shows the color is green!!! I haven't tried it yet but I am pretty disappointed because I bought like a bunch of them assuming the color will be green just what's shown in the photo.
Ordered almost $100 worth of items, and 4 of the items didn't get shipped. Emails haven't been responded either. Worst online shopping experience.
I bought items on November 27th and it's Dec 4th and still not receving any. USPS tracking showed items waiting for shipment. Means not even shipped yet.
I went to international market store yesterday they got exactly all same items cheaper and wish I could've just bought em items on my nearest place. Bet I would've had em by now. And yet here I am still waiting for the package! Bummer
Package finally had arrived after waiting for about 8/9 days. Tracking system said it was USPS but turned up it was UPS guy delivered it.
Need patience to get your stuffs people, don't expect it tht it'll come on the next day after you ordered it. ...
I ordered my products on 7/14/17 and I still have not received it.
It has not even been shipped. I sent emails to ask and got no responses.

Update: After sending many emails without getting any responses, I got my package today 7/27 but missing the stone mortar & Pestle (the most expensive items). I sent another email and still cannot get a response. This is a very bad way to do business
Selected products arrived in a good state.
They offer a wide range of Indonesian food and spices to choose from, it is very unique as compared to any other store and order is processed fast
It was good not to good not to bad . I say try it yourself.
