We've tried infatica service and are glad to say we're fully satisfied with it. The service is suitable for our purposes and meets all our needs. We're going to continue our parthnership furtherer.

All of the sudden my requests started timing out late evening. Eventually the timeouts started returning 503. There was no information anywhere to figure out what was going on. Then I tried navigating to scraper.infatica.io, which started returning 503 Nginx page. This kept happening for several hours. So I opened a support ticket and sent them screenshots of the error. They got back the next day saying it should be okay now. At that point I didn’t care anymore that the service was up. I wanted to know what happened and why they couldn’t have informed their users ahead of time. I sent multiple replies trying to get to the bottom of it. Eventually they replied saying they were making infrastructure changes to handle more users. After that response I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. This was not a fatal error causing system crash. It was allegedly a planned upgrade. They could not communicate properly what’s goin on. When given the opportunity to explain what happened, they couldn’t muster a professionally satisfying response. I wouldn’t trust them to babysit a pet rock let alone be the backbone of a critical infrastructure.

Another thing, their API usage reporting is woefully inadequate. Either they are deliberately not reporting failed requests or are too incompetent to implement it properly. I wanna be able to track every single request with a unique request ID, url requested, and status code. But that would be too much transparency, which as I’ve explained above, is not something they’re capable of.

Infatica offers a smooth experience with a variety of proxy types and straightforward setup. The UI could use some improvements, but the customer service is always ready to assist.

First of all, I was surprised by the proxy success rate for web scraping - it is really more than 95%.
This company actually provides an excellent quality of service for business. The prices are much lower than those of Brightdate, etc. So it is definitely worth trying residential proxies and a crawler.

It's a BAIT to stole your money DON'T try their Free Plan for 1.99 USD, you will get subscribed automatically and charged for full price of the chosen plan after couple of minutes.
They will say that you reached the trafic limit for the trial even though no body knows what is the limit because they didn't mentioned it to mislead users.

If you ask for refund. they answer in the terms of use ( infatica ) that you accepted when registering and also when purchasing the plan you were notified that the plan will be renewed at the end of it which NOBODY knows that the plan will end after couple of minutes for reaching trafic limitation that NOBODY knows what limit is it. SO THERE IS a huge MISLEAD

Just stay away form those scammers

I use proxies mainly for parsing site positions, collecting the necessary information from sites in large quantities for analytics them. I needed fast resident proxies, so I ordered them from Infatica. I have used many other services before, but Infatica was more liked for its interface and fast proxies. It is evident that they are doing their best to improve their services. Yes, there can be some moments but they can be quickly solved with technical support.I can safely recommend them.

Speaking about prices, everything is democratic, it all depends on which tariff to choose. I think that this is the ideal and safe option for work. Quality is at a high level. I can recommend Infatica due to its stability and speed of work.
All the problems that were - technical support helped me to solve.

Hello to all lovers of quality service! Two months ago, I had a chance to take a proxy here for myself. In general, I was satisfied! Technical support answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the proxy itself; everything worked without any interruptions. It fits perfectly for my needs.
Mainly I use for parsing Google, Amazon, YouTube and etc. Great for using A-Parser. Infatica also has a new Scraping API, haven't tried it out yet, but I'll try it out and update my review in the future.

The first thing that attracted me is the site. I have never used thing like this before, and it helped me to put things in order. I chose their Mobile Proxy service and like it! Time will show if there are any minuses.
