My order is for 2 bottles and I was charged with 2 and there was only one in the box.

The supplements are working very well for our dog and she has been on them for a few years but unfortunately it is becoming too expensive to get these to Canada. Have been having issues as of late getting the supplements through customs and the fees have gone up exponentially.

This one star is not for the actual product but for the choice of the company to use the terrible and incompetent USPS for shipping and delivering the item.
It has taken a very long time, and then USPS emailed me this morning to say the item was finally delivered today. It had NOT been. I had to then go through a lengthy, laborious, unwieldy, attempt through USPS to track the true whereabouts of the package. No answers yet.

We used these supplements before. We were pleased but stopped because of the cost for the amount we used. Always looked to see if there was a better package price to order again. It seemed the cost was higher than always more than we paid. Bought 3 bottle pkg and we will decide about future orders.

I feel confident after reading ingredients list and then seeing my dog enjoy it that this supplement is awesome. Thank you!

I've had my yellow lab on Infinite pet Allergy and immune for almost 4 months. This dog had the worst seasonal allergies I've ever seen. Well it's been almost 4 months and no sign of allergies! It's awesome! My boy feels better and smells better and he can be a dog. Before he would be scratching so much he would be bloody and miserable! Bonus: I'm not spending hundreds of dollars at the vet for allergy meds. This product WORKS!

Sent me the wrong product, now I have to send it back. It’s going to cost me more to send it back than what I paid for! 😡

Genuinely helpful in relieving my dog's joint pain! I neglected to give her the daily dose for a few days and the pain returned. I'll never do that again! After a few days back on track, she showed no signs of being in pain.

I have been using this supplement for a few years now. I had an older dog with severe arthritis that experienced much better quality of life with this. I also have an almost 8yo shepherd mix that had knee surgery in 2020 and he has been on this since. He has zero issues! I give it to my girl dogs as well as preventative maintenance. Powder is much easier than the pills. Visible changes in only a few days. Won't be without this stuff.

It was very easy and shipped faster than expected. I had a subscription, but you need to make it easier to update payment info on the website.

It's very difficult to contact this company. I need to change my delivery dates and I can't reach them for help with this.

I had to take advantage of the Black Friday deal! I have been buying Infinite Pet Supplement for Dogs for many years (and several dogs). I have a sweet girl we adopted from a shelter that had a limp and a hip issue. When the vet suggested a supplement to help prevent the hip issue from worsening, I knew just what she was going to take! She’s been on it almost two years now and the limp is improved and she loves her daily walks! Highly recommend!
