The worst insurance ever

The worst insurance ever! I got into a car accident and my car was a total loss. I made my claim with infinity, and they did nothing to help. It has been 5 months since the accident and still nothing. I signed the car over to them, but still no payout. After all the payments I made to them, nothing. To prove how heartless they are, they even canceled all of my family from our policy we had together, along with the unresolved insurance claim. This company doesn’t care about its customers.

The WORST insurance ever

The WORST insurance ever. They dont deserve not even a star. They are very unprofessional and the employees act as if the money is out of their pocket to pay for claims. Even if is under 10 thousand which is the law they refuse to pay for any damages cause by their client. The office at Doral needs better business bureau up in there and get rid of the adjusters they are Bozo.

Honestly the worst auto insurance…

Honestly the worst auto insurance company I have ever dealt with. They do not seem like they care about you or value you as a customer at all. All they care about is that your monthly payment goes through or your policy isn't active. I called in this morning and spoke to a woman with a language barrier. I have been notified due to COVID-19 some insurances were doing discounts/extensions on payments. I have been working from home for WEEKS. I do not even drive my car as we have been notified to stay home. I asked about a discount and was told they are not doing anything like that. I then asked about an extension, my mom and I pay $456 together and that isn't a cheap monthly payment. She proceeded to tell me that if I wanted my policy to stay active I had to make my full payment and there was nothing she could do for me. If I were unemployed and not even receiving unemployment I would find this as a big slap in the face for someone who pays their monthly payment on time every month. Saving money, you get what you get. If you were thinking about choosing this company for an auto insurer, I would think twice and spend a little more to be treated like a value customer.

horrible company

Pretty bad the amount of money spent to insurance companies and they can’t help with the virus situation. Most everyone else is working with us but not infinity. I spend 400 monthly and I have less then 10 in the bank but you guys can’t help us in need. Pretty messed up.

Infinity Auto Insurance - Fraud.

On December 25th, I was rear-ended by a driver who is insured by Infinity Auto. I was making a right turn and was hit from behind by a driver who was not paying any attention to the road. The driver got out of his car to make sure I was not hurt, which I wasn't. I felt bad for the guy, he was distraught. I told him insurance would handle it. He gave me his insurance information and I took photos of both of our cars. He didn't ask for my insurance nor did he take any photos of the scene.

I have since learned he's decided to hire a person injury attorney. The story he's telling is completely fabricated and entirely impossible given the damage to my car.

If the other driver was injured or thought I was at fault, you would think he would ask for my insurance and / or take photos? He did neither.

He only decided to hire a personal injury attorney after I filed my claim.

It was an open-and-shut case and this guy, with the help of Infinity Auto Insurance, has turned the situation into a nightmare. I have called Infinity Auto Insurance (and the adjuster) repeatedly since and have yet to hear back from him. Yet, I continue to receive paperwork from Infinity Auto Insurance in the mail stating that I am "unreachable" and they "see no liability on the part of [their] insured."

It's a joke.

I would like the opportunity to speak with Infinity Auto Insurance, if only I could get them to return my calls. I am absolutely confident that their driver is at fault. The situation is black and white.

After reading every review on this website, I see this is a consistent pattern for them. This company seems to be fraudulent. If necessary, I will have to elevate this to the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate authorities.

The worse company around

The worse company around, disrespectful to costumers, they do not care at all. After they overcharged me almost $ 100 I contacted them and they said the reason was because I did not sigh some policy documents which I did, but any way if that was the case and I did not sign these documents how come they deducted my account automatically overcharging me ( they could've contacted me), instead they charged me $ 214 when the payment was supposed to be $ 131. Everyone knows how the situation is in the country and in the whole world, most companies are giving their customers a break and instead they are overcharging me, when I asked them if I cancel the policy how much would you refund me the representative said $ 63, which is even less then they are overcharging me. They did not show any kind of respect or concern, or caring

I have had this insurance for a while…

I have had this insurance for a while now. I have never been late on any payments or anything like that. On January I made a claim and i was assigned an adjustor who did not take care of my problem as he should have. He told me he would take care of everything, he said i did not have to worry about anything at all he said he would keep in contact with me through the whole process and he only called me ONCE! i am so upset that he left the whole thing half way i have been making payments on a car that i don't have anymore because this person decides not to do his job correctly. If i could give 0 stars i would. I have been trying to get in contact with him and his manager for almost a month now. And it has been hell trying leaving messages and calling 10 time a day. And i call customer service and they always just respond with “im sorry we cant help you with that call your adjuster” but when i tell them i did already 100 times they just say “then I recommend for you to report them to headquarters” which they wont provide me with a number either. This is so crazy and not cheap at all!

Not impressed at all with customer service.

Not impressed at all with customer service. One of your clients hit my car which caused it to diminish in value when I go to sell or trade now that it’s been in a collision. The letter I received, which took 6 weeks for a response, was not even signed much less correct information. Had to ask over and over for an answer. Repairs on my car have nothing to do with what I’ve lost now that it’s been in an accident. Just curious if this is a place to get help.

This company delayed payment to my auto…

This company delayed payment to my auto body shop and cost me 4 extra days of a car rental, possibly more since I am still waiting for them to pay the auto body company. I spent 3.5 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue Friday and two more hours Monday. It is still not resolved and I continue to lose money to the car rental agency. They did not care to rush the process since it wasn't costing them money to provide me with a rental.

Terrible customer service, I was redirected to many different agents to deal with the issue and they did not provide me with supervisor's numbers. I will be changing insurance companies when it comes time to renewal.

Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $10 a month for an insurance company that will save you that money when you are in a crunch and they provide you with good customer service to get your car back in a timely manner.

They honestly don't deserve any stars. A pack of Monkeys could do a better job than these people. They honestly fail to use common sense. They are very difficult to reach and if you do reach them you will regret it. They all sound robotic and dumb at the same time. You are better off not resorting to them for your insurance. All they care about is wasting your time.

We have not had the experience with…

We have not had the experience with them on filling claims. Our experience is with payment. My rating is 00000 with them had to give 1 star for review. My husband lost his job march 3rd. We live in Florida. He's been with company for 1 yr plus within that time his pay has changed 3 times. Each time decreasing what he can make. This last pay change cost him anywhere from 800 to 1000. Then he lost his job . His pay is commission based. Job lose not due to poor performance. He had just won award for top sales . We contacted Infinity and explained what our situation was asked for help so we wouldn't loose car insurance. This cornia virus and the way people are handling it is not helping. We have no money to buy supplies with. His last pay ck. Was for $177 not kidding. Infinity refused to work with us in any way. The reason we are with this group is Florida. We moved to Florida from VA. we moved to Florida in tail end of Sept 2016. 1 infrastructure on license a ticket which was coming off 17 or 18. No car accidents at all. Five months after moving to Florida I was in auto accident. I was not at fault other person ticketed. We had no idea FL was a no fault state. We didn't even know what that meant. FL. Punishes you on car insurance wheather it's your fault or not. I did get into 3 more accidents after the first. The mentality on Florida roads are mean vicious and deranged. We couldn't continue with our current insurance. Due to rate. My husband looked and and looked Infinity was the only one we could find.
They are a bottom feeding company that preys on people with difficult situation. I would like to know why they stay in busines when other good companies are going or gone out of business. They don't care about there customers. We know we owe them money to keep car insurance. Not asking for free ride. My husband didn't ask to loose his job. He started looking that same day. Applied for unemployment will take Weeks to see if we even qualify. Have asked for help for utilities due to virus everything put on hold Till April 1 as of now. Infinity basically told us to go to hell they would not offer any kind of help. You pay or loose your insurance. This is the Bottom Feeding Company that you are dealing with. As of yesterday we have 192.87 to our name. Not a joke or a lie the truth.

Do you want to deal with the worst…

Do you want to deal with the worst insurance ever? Then you should work with Infinity! Not only do they takes months to even begin working a claim, they will also make you jump from adjuster to adjuster! And your new adjuster will have no idea what the previous adjuster had done. That's not all folks, they'll offer you THOUSANDS of dollars less than what your vehicle is worth after one of their clients totaled your car. Let's not forget the wonderful customer service, who will either not pick up the phone when you call, or just hang up because they don't feel like helping you! Truly an amazing insurance company! Why go with a company that will care about you or have any sort of moral compass, get infinity! They'll treat you like the petulant child you WANT an insurance company to treat you!

i dont want to put anything bad but i need help with something i had a car accident on september 11,2019 and had car ins at the time of the accident and i also had gap ins from the dealership kia all star the car finally got paid 3-13-2020 that is to long but only the blue book price still have a principal balance less that 2,000 dollars why didnt the adjuster or infinity contact the dealership of kia motors financial to get this car paid in full i should not have to continue to pay this car i dont have any more this not fair and unjust can someone please take care of this situation it seems that i am doing others peoples job and no help thank you carol ray

BE AWARE OF THIS INSURANCE COMPANY...!!!
This is the worse insurance company I've ever seen. they are SCAMMERS. I got insurance with them for a short time, always paid on time. when they supposedly reviewed my policy shortly after I started, they increased my premiums from $700/year to $3,000/year, and I immediately cancelled.
First they said I had to go in person to sign some papers (could not do it over the phone) I took time off of work, but did it. I did all they asked me to do to cancel. They sent me a bill after all stating that I owed they $342.00 additional (don't know why, because I always paid and on time). They have been reporting me to the credit bureaus each and every month. I've been going back and forth with them trying to get this resolved. I've written a few times to them, and talked to them on the phone. still nothing, and meanwhile they are trying to ruin my otherwise perfect credit.
I will contact the Department of Consumer Affairs. TODAY!

I would give them zero Stars if I could this company . They are Crooks I cancel my insurance and they still took the premium out of my bank account when I called them they told me two to three weeks before I get my refund but they took my money overnight

Horrible insurance

Horrible insurance. Please do not get this insurance. I got in a car accident yes it was my fault but it has been 3 moths and still no car. Please avoid this insurance.

To all the people getting railroaded by this company, contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AN FILE COMPLAINTS. Avoid at all cost, it took 3 weeks to even talk to someone after their client was on the phone an rear ended us ,this insurance has to be the worst insurance of all time , even with police reports, my advice in dealing with them don't, just get a lawyer asap .
