Katastrophaler Support - Finger weg!
Im September 2025 habe ich bei Infinity Braids eine Bestellung aufgegeben.
Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde die Lieferung als zugestellt vermerkt, tatsächlich habe ich die Sendung jedoch nie erhalten.
Nach meiner ersten Reklamation begann eine wochenlange, äußerst mühsame Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice.
Ich habe immer sehr zeitnah geantwortet, bekam jedoch tagelang keine Rückmeldung.
Erst nach vielen E-Mails und Androhung einer Zahlungsrückbuchng wegen Nichterfüllung bei der Bank (§§ 280, 286, 323 BGB) wurde mir eine Ersatzlieferung zugesagt.
Diese ereichte mich 6 Wochen nach der ursprünglichen Bestellung.
Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist, dass die auf der Website und in der E-Mail Signatur angegebene Telefonnummer nicht vergeben war und somit kein direkter Kontakt zum Unternehmen möglich ist.
Zudem erfolgten die E-Mail Antworten des Kundenservice überwiegend in Form standardisierter KI-Textbausteine, ohne konkret auf mein Anliegen einzugehen.
Als "Wiedergutmachung" wurde mir ein 15% Rabattcode für die nächste Bestellung angeboten.

Tolles Haarband, super Farbe
Ich habe aus Deutschland bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Haarband. Ich habe die Abstimmung auf meine Haarfarbe nur anhand der Farbbeschreibungen auf der Webseite vorgenommen. Und was soll ich sagen: es passt perfekt zu meinen Haaren und es trägt sich sehr bequem. Ich habe den Messy-Lock gewählt und werde mir noch den Fishtail dazu bestellen.

Super fast delivery. However I did the whole colour-checking process via WhatsApp to ensure to get the right colour. The result? It does not match at all. The overall quality of the item is good though.

The quality is amazing! I ordered two colours just to be sure—one matched my roots and the other my tips. Eventually, I kept both because I couldn't choose.
Delivery took 6 days.
I wanted a braid that would be not too bulky and more flat. I chose a fishtail one, but I'm going to order a different style as well since I loved it so much.

Happy with the entire experience
I really don’t understand why this company has so many bad reviews. For me everything went really good! I ordered on June 25th, and it arrived on July 1st in perfect condition! I’m very happy with the entire experience — the customer service was outstanding.
They helped me choose the right color very quickly and accurately, and it matches perfectly.
I received all the updates about the order. At first tracking number was not visible, I reached out to the customer service, and they explained that carrier might have a delay in processing information on the website. It was true, the tracking was updated after 48h or so.
The quality of the braid is excellent. I’m really satisfied and would definitely recommend this company!

Slechte ervaring..
Bestelling op 6 juni geplaatst. Op de website stond binnen 3-5 dagen geleverd. 16 juni contact gehad over wanneer ik mijn bestelling kon ontvangen. Kreeg één of ander verhaal te horen over dat ze 800 bestellingen hadden gehad en dat ik korting kreeg op mijn volgende bestelling.. antwoord op mijn vraag wanneer ik überhaupt mijn bestelling mag ontvangen konden ze niet geven?! 18 juni kreeg ik een verzendbevestiging, maar tot op heden zie ik geen tracking informatie..

Less than 1 star - steals your money
Less than 1 star, it’s verging on criminal taking money from customers and not delivering, check all the reviews ignore the marketing this is a fake company. Assuming it’s not a legitimate company, if it is and not just a scam it’s a terrible company. There is absolutely NO customer service. I’ve never received my braid after paying nearly £40 and there has been no response from various attempts I’ve made to contact them. So I assume I’ve been stolen from. Surely it’s not legal?

Bestelling niet ontvangen, geen communicatie
Op 6 juni heb ik een bestelling geplaatst, met een verwachte levertijd van 2 à 3 werkdagen binnen Nederland. Inmiddels zijn we tien dagen verder en ik heb nog steeds geen track & trace of enige verzendinformatie ontvangen.
Ik had het product (de infinity braid) nodig voor een feest en heb daarom bewust op tijd besteld. Helaas lijkt het erop dat ik het niet op tijd ga ontvangen. Wat ik vooral jammer vind, is het gebrek aan communicatie.
Ik hoop alsnog snel iets te horen, maar tot nu toe ben ik erg teleurgesteld in de service.
