Inflater Max works perfect to add a few psi when needed or inflate basketballs and bike tires etc. I don't know about the previous model but make sure you get the Inflater Max, works great!

Everyone they use for there ads have never done a hard days work in there life and never used anything thing they are selling unless just really bad acting house teeth with blonde hair omg them s’S really fk you on on ads lol

It is a worthless piece of junk!! I charged it and the power went on once. After that, it went dead. They won't refund your money and will only send you another piece of junk.

I had the inflate-R for about four months. Even on the first use the air hose started to over heating. I have used it a little over a dozen times and now it is dead. Now I know why they only offer a 30 day warranty. I will never buy from this company again.

Airmoto and Inflatr are distributed by the same company. They will not give refunds, even for defective products, which all of their products are. DO NOT buy from these companies.

Unit came to me with defective compressor or air tube in that the two would not mate. Compressor runs but without a method of connecting via the air tube it will never function as an air fill device. Company did not offer an acceptable solution to my problem and would not provide their address so I could mail the unit back to them.. Extremely disappointed, Don Peters, Paxton, IL

The nozzle they sent did not match the one on their website and did not get a good fit with my tire valves. I called customer service to ask for a refund - HA! still waiting to hear back. I say don't waste your money.

I ordered the tire inflator in September and was charged for it. I never received it and haven’t had the charge credited back to my credit card.

We ordered 3 InflateRs and had a problem with one that didn't charge. Giovanna with customer support asked for a video to help tech support diagnose our problem. We sent the video and received a replacement unit that works as it is supposed to. Great product, exactly what we wanted for our electric bikes. Perfect size to take along on our rides.

I had a concern with the product when I received it, and had emailed customer service. I thought I was missing a piece, but it had actually been exchanged for a better part. Not only did the customer support respond in an appropriate amount of time, but they also included a how-to video. I wish more companies would have video support like that, they definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Had to make a return (although I hope to place the order in the future), and I was given everything I needed to do the return and receive the refund efficiently.

Ordered the tire inflator a month ago and as of July 25,2021 and still haven’t received it the company has given me run around on shipping the item and won’t refund my money. So buyers be warned got one at my local Walmart that’s a hold lot better.

Bought one for Fathers Day. Came quickly but we had trouble trying to recharge it. When I contacted them to request a full refund and return the inflator. Their answer was to video the problem and send it to them. I just wanted to return it and get my money back. SO MUCH FOR THEIR 100% GUARANTEE! I still have an Inflater that I can’t recharge. I also bought the additional warranty. No paperwork though, they said it’s in their computer and I didn’t need it. BUYER BEWARE.!!

Makes it easier to maintain proper tire maintenance - when the weather changes - can do it in the driveway rather than trying to make it to a convenient store or dealership - not to mention if you pick up a nail etc. - a Great asset to have!!!

I have been emailing and leaving messages for someone to call me back for months. I now have what may be a safety issue and still not call.

All I get is there is not customer service person available at this time. When someone is available they will call back. Well, that has never happened.

Gio gave me great customer service. I'm very happy.

Had some questions about charging my Voltzy solar power cell. All were answered quickly and completely by Gio in the InflateR customer Service dept.

I had a problem with the Inflatr-R and they helped me solve it and it was my fault
I bought it for my bicycle and it works great. I have used it on my car and it also works great
I would buy this again
