Inflates UK Avis 35

Ok, so I ordered from here. Didn't get any confirmation of the order. Couldn't get hold of them, the phone is an answer phone and they don't reply to emails/messages etc.

Then I read all the other feedback, it wasn't looking good.

Then 4 days after I ordered, it did actually arrived! Haven't inflated them yet, but they look good quality.

I did not recieve an invoice or any kind of receipt. I did not receive an answer to my email asking about delivery dates.
Very disappointed

It has been 10 days and so far I have not received my product, nor the confirmation of Shipping. The phone number on the website is purely an answer machine that no one picks up and any of my attempts to contact them have been ignored so I can't even get my money back.

It's a shame as they have great looking products but they do not seem serious about their business

We received our inflatable even though we didn’t received an email or message from the company! Happy with the product

The irony that I’ve received two ‘how did we do emails’ and no confirmation, delivery or response to my ‘contact us’ form. I’m glad I’m on top of presents this year as if I wasn’t this would’ve snowballed into a panic buy

Ordered 4th September, understand it’s difficult times at the moment but no confirmation or an update is unacceptable.

At this point I’d definitely encourage people not to use them. Unfortunate as the range they offer is great

I haven’t received my inflatable elephant bought especially for my mother’s 90th birthday party next week! No email to confirm or tracking etc so I don’t even know the details and unable to contact company! Very unhappy so far but hoping they deliver before the weekend?

Really impressed with quality of these inflatables.

After my original review came complete disappointment! On inflating the rhino for the South African birthday party, one seam completely split. No response from my messages left on their phone number. Highly disappointed!

Do not buy anything from this company.They also have a site called The Unusual Gift Co. Same address. I placed an order with the unusual gift co on the 10/062020.AS the order did not arrive I sent an email and left a message on their phone (which nobody answers) to cancel the order .
I have been trying to get a refund as my order never came.Richmond Importing Ltd seem to be a company that takes your money and never delivers.Their phones are answered by a machine and never ring back if you leave a message. I have sent loads of emails they do not respond. I am awaiting a refund from my credit card. Oh! and guess what my order is still on their system if you are reading this Richmond Importing my order number is #125334 Please give me my money back!

No response to emails and still waiting for delivery after placing order on 10th July

Have not shipped me my elephant and does not respond when I try to contact them...

Ridiculous service, received a text message over a week ago saying dispatched. Still not received anything, no email confirmation, no tracking number, mobile number that goes straight to voicemail for contact details.

All received not a problem very happy with the inflatable dinosaur.
Only thing I can say to improve is the parcel tracking information as it didn’t work for me. Other then that all good

Goods not received within the 3 to 5 days delivery window. No reply to email requesting delivery update as no tracking option was given. Will be seeking refund if goods are not received asap.

The inflatable zebra came on time. I am very happy with it.

Ordered on 9 April. Since then I have had no communication and no replies to my emails. The order is not trackable, and there is no update on the company website (even a generic Covid update). Looking through other reviews this seems to be a common theme. A late delivery would be perfectly acceptable in the circumstances, but given that they don’t even reply, I’m starting to wonder whether it’s a scam company...

Absolutely perfect product, and quick delivery time especially considering the circumstances of the lockdown.

Communication is unsatisfactory, no tracking number, been over 3 weeks and still haven't received product.
