Looks like I’ve been scammed!

Ordered chairs from them and have been chasing them to see when I might receive my order. They have not answered e-mails (bounced back to me), phone (message saying can’t be connected) and by using their chat option.

Do not place an order with them as you will not receive your order and will lose your money!!!

Flat pack furniture purchase

I purchased a flat pack TV stand from this company and although one small component was missing, they were very quick and helpful to send me a replacement. Great customer service and a good quality product.

Ordered a sideboard, paid and recieved an order number. 24hrs later order was cancelled with no explanation and when I went back on the site the price had been increased by £100

Company advertises stock they either don't have or can't honour. Avoid the disappointment and deal with a more reputable supplier

Easy to order online with quick…

Easy to order online with quick delivery. There was good communication with confirmation of order & delivery date. Tracking item for delivery time was excellent and as stated delivery on time.

Unable to fulfil order BUT . . . . . .

Infyniti Home were unable to fulfil my order for reasons beyond their control. They contacted me to advise the problem and gave me options to choose from. I chose a refund and this was arranged immediately.
Disappointed I didn't get my order but credit to this company who dealt with the matter without delay.
Big thanks to James and his team.

Buying from Infyniti is a bit of a gamble

I ordered a specific chest of drawers which looked a good match for bedroom furniture we already had.
When the delivery arrived, the product they sent had a different name. The overall design was similar, but details such as the drawer knobs and feet were different in style and, more importantly, the colour was significantly different.
When I took this up with the company, they explained how pine, being a natural product, can vary in colour, and pictures on websites can never be 100% dependable. I accept that's true to some extent, but not to the degree I experienced. They totally failed to understand that sending a product with a different name from the one ordered meant they had sent the WRONG product.
To give them their due, they did arrange a collection and a refund, but they withheld the carriage costs, as though I'd simply changed my mind.
I'm sure they're fine to deal with, unless something goes wrong, as can be seen from the other reviews. I won't take that risk again.

Good experience overall

No issues with delivery, customer service provided timely response on what I thought was a problem (my mistake).

Humph…

waited several days then simply declined order saying they didn't have stock. Really not hard to know how much you have. very poor.

Edit. Responded to my emails (after a poor review) wit an apology and offering a discount on future purchase. Still frustrated but at least they didn’t just ignore the problem. Credit where it’s due.

I placed an order which was cancelled

I placed an order which was cancelled, the product was out of stock. There was some confusion with regards to payment, customer support provided all the information needed and the problem was resolved. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, footstool purchased is nothing like picture (of which were sent to them on 12 April). Really disappointed as it’s nothing like the picture. Cheap material with stripes on the base going in the wrong direction, fabric is loose so it always looks a mess, foam is sponge soft and cut in a weird shape so it overhangs the base, stitching is a mess with obvious bulges, zip along the side of the cushion so it visible whatever way you place the footstool, cushion not attached to base so slides off all the time as it’s so light. Not worth half what I paid for it. Tried to return it and got messed around so equally bad customer service so gave up due to their delaybtactics. They have responded to this review saying they never received pictures so they are also liars.

Very poor instructions

Very poor instructions, none of the pieces were labelled. There look good after 3 hours of trying to figure out how they go together. I won't be buying from here again
