Went for an MRI, I was very well looked after by the 2 guys who were operating the machine. Very professional & they put me at ease & we’re very caring of my needs as I am in a great deal of pain. I would definitely give them 5 stars.
The email I received with all the pre-visit information however did not make it clear that I should report to hospital reception first, and that on a Sunday the main hospital doors are locked and shuttered! As this was my first time to the hospital I had no idea where to go and was left to wander around in pain until I found the MRI unit - having first walked up and down the stairs to the first mobile unit which was closed, before finding the Inhealth one hidden behind it. As I was early I then had to stand outside for 10 minutes waiting for my turn. Had I been told to go to reception & where this was I would have been able to sit while I waited. As it was by then I was in too much pain to do any more walking.

Quick, easy, friendly service.

I had to miss my appointment as I was 15 mins late to transport issue. The sonographer was very helpful and was able to offer me another appointment within a week.

The receptionist was friendly and assisted me with parking. The sonographer was welcoming and professional.

The service was excelent, the waiting time in the hospital was very punctual and the results of the test were given to my GP very quickly.

The nurse are very nice and kind she done a very good job and exactly on time

Very trained and helpful staff

My experience with inhealth was very positive and professional. The only thing that stops me from giving it five stars is that the quality of the microphone from inside the MRI machine was quite low, making it hard to understand the person on the outside trying to communicate with me.

I needed to take two trains to get there 1hours and half,but when I got there, every thing was fine, the staf was great they made the test easy and comfortable.

I felt very well looked after for my treatment. Both staff on reception & for my procedure made me feel comfortable.

The guys that done my mri were extremely polite and helpful protecting my dignity and very clear with instructions.
