The only problem l had was restricting myself to only 2 items to purchase . Inka Art has so many wonderful pieces of art. Totally love mine and the customer service was excellent. Quick delivery and very easy ordering service.

Easy and simple. I ordered the art online from NZ. My daughter recieved it within 7 working days in Australia. No problems or issues. There was such a variety of art to choose from, incredible.

At first I was worried as I live in Wellington NZ, but my art piece was delivered safe and well packaged!!!... My art piece now sits beautifully in the corner of my bedroom on an easel (wish I could leave a photo). I would definately recommend InkArt House to all my friends 🤗🤗🤗

I ordered two framed pictures and I absolutely adore them! They look even better in person, and they are really light which makes hanging them super simple. They have finished off my room perfectly! I thought delivery was quick, and the customer service was great.

I ordered a framed Matisse picture and paid for express delivery (1 to 3 business days). I ordered and paid in full on 25 March but still no delivery. I tracked the delivery but the delivery agent did not call me at the time of the failed delivery. I received a call on my mobile after the failed delivery informing me that my picture would be delivered the next day to my home (as they could not deliver to the drop point which I chose on line). It is now 7 April and I still have no news of my order. I was sent a new delivery tracker but it still shows the events of a very frustrating day on 2 April. I am appalled by this mess. I ordered two other picture through one of InkaArthouse's competitors on 26 March and it arrived safely and in good order on 1 April.

I ordered a framed print for a gift and my payment method “autocorrected” the address to something not accurate if not nonexistent. I didn’t notice the issue when I made the order but when I did I contacted the company. They were extremely helpful and were able to resend the order. My brother loves the print and I am impressed with the value.

I ordered 3 prints, without frames, one which came in completely wrong size. After an email to the support it was fixed and the correct one was sent to me. The prints look fine and in a quality matching expectation

I have been trying to return a print and they have had atrocious customer service. Several days wait between emails and changing of return policies after purchase to make it harder.
Would never buy from them again!!

I have ordered from inka 4 times now and every time I was impressed. The first 3 orders arrived in perfect condition and were of excellent quality. My last order unfortunately had some damage to the frames. I contacted inka and they replied within half an hour! The order was resent and arrived yesterday via express post. The prints and frames absolutely perfect. I’m sure that I will order many more prints! Thank you inka for your excellent service & quality!
