I ordered two photo books and the quality was outstanding. I have ordered photo books from other suppliers in the past but I have to say that Inkifi's books were head and shoulders above the other suppliers. I shall definitely use this company in the future. Thank you Inkifi for being EXTRAORDINARY and BRILLIANT.

I am incredibly disappointed with the "Mini Prints" I received. Despite being marketed as premium, the print quality shows heavy halftone dithering and lacks the tonal depth of a true photograph—it looks like a standard CMYK digital press print on cardstock.
To make matters worse, the packaging was completely inadequate. 100+ prints were sent in a thin paper envelope with no rigid protection, resulting in bashed and delaminated corners across the entire order.
I have sent multiple emails with macro-photo evidence of the print grain and photos of the damaged packaging, but have received no human response. I paid over £40 for what was supposed to be a premium product and instead received damaged, low-quality card. I am requesting a full refund as these are not fit for purpose. Order #000171206

Just received my order and I am delighted ! the quality of frame with perfect mitres and the high definition quality photos are just perfect, the mounts are clean and crisply cut, they may not be the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for, I am very happy !

The first time I completed a photo book!! This website was super easy. It’s a task I’ve attempted before but always given up. This company is perfect for me. Super simple to make a photo book as I used the automatic ordering option. I always leave things to the last minute. So there express next day option photo book was perfect. Highly recommend. Will definitely use this company again. Very happy with our coffee table book of family photos. The children seem to love it too!

I used Inkifi to print photos for my journal and scrapbook. I love how artsy and aesthetic it feels. My daughter and I have recently picked up scrapbooking and plan to use all our inkifi photos as memories.

Inkifi is the best! Of all the online book and photography services i have tried over the years Inkifi stands out superbly. Their quality, customer service, speed, and practical tools are better than any other services i have used . Their automated photo import, for example , was a huge time saver and the arrangement of my photos were intelligent. Also, as i was requiring answers on some technicalities, their customer service had answers within a few hours. And it was a REAL person replying and helping!!!! The interface for uploading images was straightforward and user friendly and the cost was very reasonable indeed. I ordered the mini photo prints, which arrived promptly, and was delighted with the results and the quality of stock used, it was exactly what I was hoping for.

Aside from delivery taking longer than anticipated, the quality of the prints is amazing! Just what I was looking for for my vision board. I will definitely order from Inkifi again! Love the convenient sizing ease of ordering. I would suggest modifying the picture project page as removing and adding photos is hard to navigate and confusing.

This was my second order, and once again I’m extremely happy with the service (quality of prints, secure packaging, and super fast processing and delivery).
