You ordered the 'Transitioning Medium pommel' which as per the description states:
"The Transitioning Medium Pommel
includes - 1 x medium pommel"
The product photo shows the Medium pommel highlighted (in colour) and attached to the rest of the saddle (which is greyed out) so there is no confusion on what you are purchasing while also showing how it attaches to the rest of the saddle. The medium Pommel is £36 + shipping and the Synthetic saddle is £297 + shipping so there is no way the medium pommel can be confused for the entire saddle.
We ship world wide and provide translation through our website so there shouldn't be any language barriers, we also use world wide know terminology for the saddle part descriptions and names.
