Price orignally quoted did change when they tested my device, however I was aware this may happen. The phone I sent them was a device which was around 5 years old. It partially failed the battery test.
The team communicated with me straight away and explained this and sent me the new price to agree to. Money was paid into my account the same day - Excellent customer service and easy to contact

Not happy
Before I sent in my iPad Air I was quoted £10 online. Once sent in I had an email that because it was below 80%, my new quote was £2. On the website, doesn’t state that products are required to be at 80% and above to be considered ‘Good’ and that my battery had a ‘service’
I accepted the price anyway but won’t be using again

Fantastic communication quickly resolved iCloud problems. Was disheartened with the price but the watch is a good few years old so can kinda get it. Overall very good company would be happy to use them again

Innofinity offered me a better price for my damaged phone than any other site. Simply printed out the paid for label and posted it off to them.
As soon as it arrived with them the money appeared in my bank the same day.

Very quick response over email when asking about the status of the order, Mike who explained why the website quote had changed, (lowered)his explanation and reviewed quote were justifiable so i went ahead with the process. money arrived instantly too. Will use Innofinity again in the future.

The website was very easy to use and Mike was very fast to respond on receipt of the package with a confirmation of quote and then to make payment. A genuinely great experience - thanks Mike.

Great customer service. Sent in an old iPhone to trade in & had to email the customer services about an issue. Quick response from them. Email received once they had received the phone & payment issued same day. I will be using the company again in the future.

Still awaiting a response after sending my phone back in November. I have raised a complaint but again, still waiting a repsonse or money. Iphone has been delivered as per tracking details. Awful company - avoid!

After scanning the market, I was offered the best trade in prices available for my two iPhone XR's which fairly reflected their condition and battery capacity. The whole process was very slick and easy, from obtaining the trade in price online to receiving my payment via PayPal. I highly recommend using this company to sell your old devices.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I sent an iphone 13pro max which was quoted at £355. They email me back with excuses saying they now can only offer £170. I email Mike to send me my phone back. He then replies saying after consideration we can now offer £200. I said no, mail me my phone back. They then raised it to £260. Again i refused, my phone is in pristine condition. Then he has the audacity to send me photos to show me the phone is in bad condition and the guy sends me photos of some other random phone. Are you serious? Lucky for me i had the IMEI saved and still in my apple account. He then sends me the right photos showing my phone dirty trying it on. In the end Mike said he’ll send my phone back. I do not recommend them. Absolutely disgusting and predatory behaviour! Never use them.

Decided to sell my phone shopped around for a quote and was over the moon at £145 now I know this is a quote and not set in stone but to get a quote back for £40 I was very discouraged and upset. For a tiny slight crack in the corner of the phone that was clearly done in transit.

But from £145 to £40 that is a huge drop. I feel I have been let down and they should not be even offering such a high quote very misleading.

Never again. Very unhappy Customer.

Quoted £212 online for my mint-condition iPhone 13. Phone lived its entire life in a premium leather case, no damage, no battery issues. Confident enough to send it in.
Big mistake.
Once they had possession, the offer collapsed to £100, suddenly claiming “scratches” and a “failing battery”. Complete fiction. Apple later offered me £160 for the same phone without blinking.
When challenged, I was sent dramatic close-up photos of microscopic wear-and-tear on the edge of a three-year-old phone — the kind any honest valuation would ignore — followed by a “revised” offer of £125, framed as if they were doing me a favour.
Only after I demanded the phone back and mentioned Apple’s £160 offer did they magically “speak to management” and match it within 15 minutes. Funny how the battery suddenly recovered.
I accepted reluctantly, purely to avoid waiting for the return and repeating this circus with another reseller. Yes, payment was fast — but that’s the only positive.
This company relies on holding your device hostage and wearing you down into accepting less than the original quote. It’s not fair, it’s not transparent, and it’s absolutely deliberate.
Plenty of better, more honest options out there. Don’t fall for the headline number.
