Dress does not fit - it cuts half way over the bust. Wrote to them and showed photos and explained I'd be happy for a replacement if they could guarantee it would fit. They couldn't guarantee and so I asked for a refund which they refused. Lodged with PayPal and not only did the seller refuse but continuously emailed my personal email instead of using PayPal and requested I close PayPal dispute. So dodgy. PayPal refunded me in the end. What a horrible way of doing business

DO NOT buy from this company, Ordered a dress in December, actually received it but wrong size so contacted for an exchange but was told to keep dress pay an additional $20 postage and they would send another, well you guessed it nothing has arrived even been emailed and assured but have now given up.

I purchased a dress from this company in December. When it arrived the material was not as described and the size selected did not fit. I returned the item to China and was told I would receive a full refund. It has now been sitting in China awaiting collection for 5 or 6 weeks. I will not purchase from this company again and will not recommend them at all.

Order not received and all I got was it was delivered with smilie faces in emails. I don't live in NSW I live in Qld. So they walked away with my money, I got nothing as this was deemed my problem now. WRONG. This company has no principles

Never buy from this site. They have Australia in the name but comes from China. I ordered because it was 6-10 days shipping. Still haven’t received dress ordered Jan 11th which I wanted for a wedding that was yesterday. Their communication. Is crap, refusing a refund and not able to claim in insce I paid as they claim it is not lost. They keep changing where it is coming from eg Australia and Italy and never admitting China regardless of the fact China shows on tracking.

I ordered a dress- when it arrived the sizing was wrong and the armholes were enormous/ the label stated it was linen fabric which it definitely wasn’t- it was a cheap rayon style fabric. I contacted them about returning and they told me I could return at my expense and get a refund of $20 ( the dress cost $69.99) alternatively I could keep the dress and get a credit for the full amount. I opted for the second choice .I tried to order another item but couldn’t find the credit which they said would appear when I clicked on “pay” of course it didn’t and I ended up spending another $69! I emailed them and told them what had happened they said that they would cancel the order and a full refund would be given immediately - of course that didn’t happen either. So I now have spent almost $140 for nothing.

Do not buy from Innova Australia! It's cheap material from China, the sizing is ridiculous and good luck trying to get a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. My request was 4 days later and I didn't even receive an item and no response about this. I tried looking for their returns policy and haven't found anything yet. They have been listed on Scam Alerts Australia Facebook page, I wish I had discovered this earlier. Now I can't find them on Facebook to make comment!

Pity there were no zero stars! Goods Appeared to be from an Australian company, they took awhile to arrive that was okay. Not from Australia but China However, when they came, they were not the same quality as I had assumed they would be saying they were linen but a very Poor quality, far too small and such poor quality. I wouldn’t didn’t want another size Refund went through a whole range of company policies finally agreed to a refund but I had to send it back to the Republic of China. I paid $40 to do that and China held it up in customs because the company needed to pay the duty And did not disclose this was the case to release the goods. All in all a horrific experience. Would not recommend at all. Customer service is smug and not helpful and far from being a service. Do not buy from this seller. I dint know who reviewed the company on their website. Not real!

I purchased a dress from these jokers
I’m a size 22-24 however I chose 28-30 because for queensland summers I needed it loose so I was cool. After waiting over 2 weeks I received the item it was probably a size 16-18 if that I could not put it on so very small. No tags so it could be pre owned or a return for all I know. Reached out & was met with numerous excuses all of which I do not believe. I spent way too much money on an item I can’t wear or sell on eBay
One star only because I have too …..be warned don’t purchase unless you want to waste your money

OMG what a terrible company to deal with. Sizing of dress is not right. Returns virtually impossible. Do not puchase from them

If I could give this company no stars or even negative stars, I would happily place them in the scammers review list. Just received 3 dresses 2 of which are unwearable and made of the thinnest material. Wrong colour as well as sizing completely incorrect and I measured up using their parameters.
Lesson learnt here is read reviews before ordering from sub standard fashion labels.
Unfortunately I read reviews after ordering and due to not using PayPal, I don't have a leg to stand in.

Unfortunately I didn’t take my own advice, I didn’t read any reviews on Innova. Big Mistake! They are a terrible company to deal with. The dress I bought was ill fitting, trying to deal with the company on getting a refund was a nightmare…Definitely don’t waste your hard earned money on this company…very deceiving and sneaky..

Would rather give no star. Site is a scam, dress was wrong size & not fully sewn & they want it returned at my cost to China.
Site looks professional & things out of Australia and they’re not. Steer clear.

I purchased an outfit online through this company , and after taking 20 days to receive , the quality of the product is the poorest I have ever seen, Kmart clothing is better quality and value
After finally receiving the outfit, firstly it did not fit, I’m not sure it would fit my 11 yr old granddaughter, plus the poor quality , I emailed ( only way to be able to access), to ask ok for a refund and return . After 3 emails, with still no address to return to, I have been offered a 1 off offer of 100% store credit, or a 20% refund of purchase without sending back
This is an absolute scam site, I do not recommend ever buying through them, and I’m checking with consumer affairs on their legality if return policy .
