Kevin & Jordan turned up at the agreed time, explained everything to us about lining the drain, when they finished Kevin said that a small repair to the base of the manhole was needed and he had put a report in for the work. Both Kevin and Jordan are an asset to your company

The team were prompt and just got on with things. They took time to match up the levels of the block work and left everything neat and tidy.

Alex and Luke were both very professional and friendly. Keeping me informed about what they were doing and worked at a very efficient pace.

The two lads that visited worked very hard and worked as a team. I felt very comfortable with them on my property.

After contacting innovation re an outside water leak the company dealt with the matter promptly. Chris and Charlie were very efficient , polite and professional and managed to sort out our leak with the minimum of upheaval.

It was lovely to see Freddie again today and boy oh boy does that guy work hard ! He very kindly explained everything that he had to do and where he was digging. He is a credit to you as provides and excellent service and is so personable .

Faz and Joel were Very polite very helpful and explained everything at each stage. Also tidied up after and put everything back as it was before they started their investigations.

Alex Bull was our geotechnical engineer and did an amazing job in the middle of a heatwave. Polite, punctual, and very thorough in both the investigation and after during the cleanup.

Faz & Joel may have been late but you can't help that if you use the M1 or M40 in Northants.
Once they got here, they were polite and friendly and explained what and when they would be doing things. Once their work was completed, they asked if I was happy with their work and if things had been cirrectly replaced and if they had cleared everything away prior to completion
All-in-all, we were very happy with their work

Great lads, worked real hard in 30+ degrees temperarures on a tough job.
Friendly and polite never complained once.
