Jeg bestilte sko som tok flere uker å komme fram, det minnet meg om å bestille fra temu. Så jeg sjekket temu og så at de selger nøyaktig samme sko til 100 kroner billigere og gratis frakt. Så føler meg lurt men det er jo min egen feil, burde bare bestilt fra temu først som sist!
Skoene gikk i stykker etter kun få dagers bruk. Hele sålen løsnet i limingen langs hele siden på begge skoene.
Klaget, men fikk tilbakemelding om at "det ser det ut til at skaden oppstod etter bruk, noe som dessverre faller utenfor vår garanti- og returpolicy for defekte varer. Vår policy dekker produksjonsfeil eller skader som er til stede ved levering, men ikke normal slitasje eller problemer som oppstår etter bruk."
Antar dette også er dropshipping, skoene kom sendt fra Kina. Styr unna!
De påstår de står for produksjon av skoene. Veldig rart da at du får de pakket inn i plast og så papir rundt dem! Ingen sko eske som hinter til innstepp, ingen lapp ingen informasjon som gjør at dette er de stolte av 🤣 så bestiller jeg fra temu også ( der kosta de 100kr) faktisk HELT identiske ! Og trur du ikke de er pakket inn HELT likt! Og jaggu kom de fra samma sted å ( kina) er så scam dette at de selv tror på det å 🤣
The shoes feel great but not really a spectacular difference. What I find a bit suspicious is that the same exact shoes can be found on Temu. What's even more suspicious is that the tracking link even said Temu when I clicked on it. How can you have a whole selling pitch about why and how you designed it, when it's all over Temu? Did the sellers on Temu copy your trademarked design?

Similar-looking products may appear on marketplaces, but these are not from us and we can’t guarantee their quality or origin.

Kjøpte 2 par. De kom raskt i posten, men ene paret manglet hempe bak. Prøvde å ringe tlf nr deres, men kommer rett til telefonsvarer. Har sendt epost og melding og jeg håper jeg får kontakt med de etterhvert. Er kjempefornøyd med skoene og andre i familien bestiller nå også.

It's a scam. I bought some shoes, immediately got a strange email, where my name was my address, tried to fix THEIR mistake, and also tried to cancel the order after finding out the item was the same as sold on Temu. Do NOT buy from them!!
Reply: answering their reply here. I immediately sent an email canceling my order, so I didn't do it after the order was sent like they said. The order was sent 2 or 3 days after! When I also told them my order details were wrong (and still show that they are), when they ve finally replied after I got an email saying they order was on its way, they just told me nothing could be done to change the details, since it was already sent.
Products are the same as Temu s, so it's definitely not an original product and I don't care if it actually is or isn't quality stuff, it's probably not and I wouldn't believe a word these people say!
Always double or triple check reviews and don't fall for modern scams like I just did. They're getting better at faking.

The reason your name showed as your address on the order confirmation is that it wasn’t filled in during checkout. As soon as you contacted us, we updated it so the parcel could be delivered correctly to you.
When you requested to cancel, your order had already been shipped, which is why we couldn’t stop it mid-transit. We did explain you’re always welcome to return the item for a full refund once it arrives.
Regarding Temu, our products are not from Temu. While many shoes worldwide are made in Asia, we work directly with a trusted manufacturer whose production quality and materials we have personally reviewed and approved. Similar styles online don’t mean the same product.

If you take a quick google picture search on the products they have, they all link to cheap products from Temu! The same design, the same sole, the same shoes. You are scamming people.

It’s true that some factories produce similar-looking products for multiple buyers. That doesn’t mean they are the same in terms of quality, materials, or production standards. Many companies, including us, work with manufacturing partners in Asia, but we have visited our partner’s facilities in person to ensure the quality, ethical standards, and durability meet our requirements.
The InnStepp products you receive go through our own quality control process, use specific material blends, and are shipped directly from us.
