Been using the bottle warmer for a couple months and what a life saver this is makes feeding on the go so easy and less to carry. Lost the lid and they kindly sent me a replacement

We love our inoby bottle warmer to warm up expressed milk on the go. Got in touch as we had lost the lid on holiday and they’re sending out a replacement free of charge, amazing customer service! Definitely recommend

Great gadget
I had an extremely quick response to my questions & the product arrived very quickly as well. I have only tried it out at home so far, it worked very well. I have bought this to take with us in the car, so that after a long walk, when we get back to the car we can have a brew before heading home. Our car doesn’t have a cigarette lighter socket for those little kettles you can buy so this does the job. Will be useful at the beach as well, tea needs boiling water not hot water from a flask! We will take hot water in a flask to put into it so this gadget can work faster, rather than heating up from cold. My only negative comment is that I wish it had a replaceable battery so when it eventually dies there would be less waste produced.

Love my inoby bottle warmer
Love my inoby bottle warmer. Recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. Easy to use with both breast milk and formula and fits right on my bottles. Customer service also very helpful when I lost one of the parts and needed a replacement.

Quite disappointed with the service
Quite disappointed with the service. Ordered a replacement adapter for a milk warmer and it was never sent. The Royal Mail tracking number stated that they’re still waiting for the item even after over a week.
Positive is the customer service was very swift in getting a replacement to me.

We understand your concern about the tracking information. We want to assure you that your original replacement was shipped out on immediately. We've checked our records and confirmed it was handed off to Royal Mail, but it appears there was an issue on their end with updating the tracking status.

The product is great, bottle warmer is reliable! Also customer service is fab. I broke just the lid and they replied immediately and happy to replace ASAP and received in the post in two days. Super quick, great product, very happy - thank you!!
