It was simple and easy to use. Product was clearly explained.

Game changer! I was previously taking out a massive flask of warm water with me to warm milk up for my daughter and then discovered the Inoby and what a difference it has made! I no longer need to take out lots of bags as the Inoby is so compact it easily fits into my baby bag! It’s really easy to use and clean! One of the best purchases for when we are out and about, I don’t leave the house without it! Gets the milk to a perfect temperature, no more testing multiple times to make sure it is warm enough!

The inoby saved us as our baby has recently has been rejected pre-made room temperature milk and we wanted to take some with us for a 4 hour flight. The inoby works well, heats up quickly and is compact and easy to fit into carry on or in the pram. I will be taking it everywhere from now on!

Second item arrived in time for twins birthday

Received a faulty product, contacted customer service and they couldn't be more sorry about the inconvenience, gave me a few options to check and when they didn't work they issued a replacement straight away with a pre paid return for the faulty warmer, brilliant customer service, will be recommending to friends

A few days ago I reported that the light has dimmed on my bottle warmer and after pointing out what the issue was, they kindly offered a replacement for me. Today I received my replacement bottle warmer and couldn't be happier!! Amazing, helpful quick customer service on the chat. Thank you for responding efficiently to my enquiry! I have bought the weaning and bottle blender from Inoby previously and a big fan of your innovative products! Thank you again! My baby can continue in enjoying warm milk on the go!

Excellent communication. Answers queries promptly. Excellent product. You don’t need to plug it in to warm the milk.

After lots of research I purchased the Inoby bottle warmer for my daughter . Using Mam bottles, it is easy to use and very reassuring as it shows the temperature of the milk as it is warming up .
Easy to sterilise and portable as no plug needed once charged .

Product arrived in good time and I had an issue with the previous version bottle warmer that Sam help resolve promptly.

Me and my husband were getting sick of constantly popping to restaurants and bars to ask for hot water to heat up the bottles of breastmilk. I came across inoby via Instagram and thought it would be a great investment and stress free. I was surprised by the size which I am very happy with! I didn’t want to carry a bottle warmer that was bulky, it’s so easy to use and you can select the preferred temperature for the bottle and it heats up within minutes! so baby is not waiting around for ages. I love that it also comes with two more adapters and a little pouch to keep the bottle warmer in. Honestly it’s amazing, we can literally heat up a bottle anywhere without it being a faff! Would 100% recommend
