For one thing I cannot turn off the cookies that I don’t want. Isn’t that against the law? Should I be talking to the better business bureau?

As a person with less than a perfect back I can’t carry it with the bag given and I have it for when I be am being active so it is useless to me. I have to buy a backpack to use it which fortunately I can afford so one day this may be of use. I am sure many people with simular conditions can’t afford so your product would be useless to them for ever as it is to me currently. How does people getting this product and not being able to use it help your bottom line? That seems to me to be the only reason for such a shoddy plan.

We received all the equipment in a timely manner. It was packed well. The instructions were clear, and we were able to set it all up. The follow up phone call was also timely and helpful. The equipment is easy to use.

i have a g5 unit i have had a bunch of problems with the battery it was exchanged at 11 months old and the replacement is having problems at eight months old the company says the one year warranty is from the original purchase date so i am out of luck so if this is the best product on the market i would hate to see the worst i would reccomend no one purchase this unless they have money to throw away run from this product not at all worth the price

My portable Inogen is GREAT ! It is a little heavier than I thought it would be, but managable. I purchased the back pack , it is sure handy. Glad I ordered Inogen.

We have had a great experience with you, until this past week. I ordered a small backpack for my husband's portable unit $135.00 (which I thought was ridiculous) when it arrived it was a BIG backpack. Called customer service and was advised NO RETURNS 😡 I had to order the proper one from someone else. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

I have a small one and the larger one last longer. I love it.

The unit performs as expected. It was my always my preference. I was prescribed oxygen upon my hospital discharge, but it took 5 weeks to secure these units. this is much too long. you need to reduce this process. De'Ausha Marshall is excellent.

I wish the unit was more continuous oxygen the sniff sound on each inhale can make getting to sleep difficult. And the unit it self is not super quiet I have to slide it under the bed to cut the generator noise down.

I love the fact that the product is so easy to use and so much better than rolling a oxygen tank around!

I selected the extended battery. I am 85 years old so I find this a little heavy for me to carry but the good part is the machine is very quiet. I don’t feel embarrassed using it in restaurants and other public places.

After using a provider that leased limited used equipment we decided to lease through Inogen directly. We immediately had to fly to attend a funeral and take only the portable device and run it 24/7 for 6 days straight. All of our concerns about durability have been alleviated. What a great device.

i was told it would be very quiet not so every few seconds i hear a woosh popping sound that is as bad as the one i turned in and is very heavy mot what i was hoping for

Having the ability to go to church and lead my Bible study without the tanks. I love being able to attend my physical therapy session with my Inogen.

My Inogen gave me freedom. I had just been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis and prescribed oxygen. My niece was getting married in Puerto Rico in less than 3 weeks. I couldn’t find a company that could provide a portable POC to rent in time for my flight.

The machine for the house takes up to 20 minutes to be ready after you turn it on you have no seizure people in my area and you never answer the phones

The Inogen is compact, quiet and works great!!! So much better than hauling around an oxygen bottle!! We had great service from your company and great help from Shamerica. She was wonderful in helping us understand what we needed and what to do.

The Inogen Rove 4 has been everything I’d hoped for. It’s compact, light weight and makes trips to the grocery store, etc much easier. Everyone in customer service was so helpful and friendly. Dakota was so good & patient giving me all the info I needed to make an informed decision.
