The company has more than 20 years direct experience in delivering highly engineered sports grounds, creating new landscapes and protecting existing ones. Garden irrigation system urgent repair delayed

We have waited since May for a repair to a major pipe which has come apart in our garden irrigation system. We are in our 80's and rely on our irrigation system particularly in this heatwave weather. I have contacted the company requesting speedy maintenance several times but the date for repair has been put back with the excuse that a client job is incomplete. We have been given another repair date of 19th August.

We fully appreciate how important the irrigation system is to you, particularly during the current extreme weather conditions. July 2026 was the driest July in England for around 190 years and the prolonged dry weather and heat have placed significant pressure on irrigation requirements and repair services.

That said, we understand your frustration at having been waiting since May, and we are doing our utmost to complete outstanding repairs in a timely manner. We are pleased that a repair date of 19 August has now been confirmed, and we sincerely hope that this will resolve the matter for you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, and once again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We're sorry the delivery didn't meet your expectations. Our postage charge is for our standard delivery service rather than a guaranteed next working day service. We understand you were hoping it would arrive sooner, but the delivery option selected isn't intended for next-day delivery.

If you need an item urgently in the future, please contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to discuss the available delivery options and do our best to arrange a next working day service where possible.

Product as described fast delivery

Product as described fast delivery, though the Fed Ex driver left it without contact, outside the gate. Tried the hose, it wound back onto a reel without kinking so very pleased

100% Service

What can say, the customer experience was first class, from the administration, right down to the delivery. it had been many years since I've had to lay turf, but the quality of the turf supplied, and the quantity (60m2) certainly made the job easier, no choice but to lay it in the pouring rain on the day, but it paid off. already after 3 days I've got a lawn and now, a real garden, worth every penny, Happy Days!!
