I am a new user of InsideTracker. There is a lot of information here which I find VERY helpful and educational. The support staff were quick to answer my questions and the help was spot on. Looking forward to using this app and seeing the improvement in my health.

Very difficult to understand. I pay and I don’t know what to do next. Have no guide to help me with my blood results. I am los.

Ed, with Inside Tracker, was very responsive to my email. He even attached the links I needed and a slip that I was able to print out. I had been struggling at finding the correct avenue with scheduling a lab draw. After his help I had a lab draw scheduled for the next day. What a relief!!

Jaime at Inside Tracker is great to work with. Super responsive, professional, knowledgeable and caring. My regard for Inside Tracker was favorable, but after working with Jaime, I feel even better about my decision to work with this company.

Many good aspects, but the food tracker is horrible! Scans are usually wrong, and the worst is that You CAN’T ENTER YOUR OWN RECIPES!!! That makes the whole system useless for me.

I started with Inside tracker a couple of years ago. Despite the costs I felt knowing specifically where my health was in relation to my deficiencies was important to understand.
They also compare your genetic panel, if you had one done; 23and me or other testing.
I paid extra for the test that can determine your age in relation to your health.. "Inner age". This one really felt like cold splash in the face.. a wake up call so to speak. This really shows how healthy you are with physical vitality.. one could be 35 but the test reveals based on your blood work you are 45yrs. Yikes
But, fear not, they provide specific instructions with food options - vitamin recommendations for support and exercise tips!! So, if you really want to look and FEEL youthful then, follow the advice..
I did and more ; I retested and lost 1 year of life.. which was encouraging.
I need to take my health in my own hands and keep following the program.
Having good health and longevity is possible with Self Care... As a health coach myself, I promote this yet, it's very difficult to follow at times.

With this service you get a lot of information and evidence.. it's up to you to take it further.
This is why I gave 4 stars... plus, it's a bit pricey.
I have heard they are offering programs through Drs offices now that may be more affordable. Unsure.

Overall very satisfied with the process and the information provided since it is specific and actionable.

CHECK YOUR LOCATION BEFORE BUYING! This company has a really shady practice of selling you their bloodwork service but NOT telling you if they have a location to get your blood drawn near you. They didn't have one near me and now want to charge me an additional $120 to send someone to me. I reached out to customer service about this and all they did was give me a discount code.

Me costó mucho trabajo cargar los análisis, me gustaría poder enviar mis análisis a un correo y que ustedes mismos los suban, dos hojas de plano nunca cargaron, también me gustaría que contactaran a laboratorio salud digna para que me ofrezcan un paquete completo inside tracker de análisis, o con laboratorios Jenner, o con laboratorios Médica Sur, Laboratorios Chopo, etc, pero a un super precio hacer un convenio con ellos con sus especificaciones muy precisas, eso ayudaría muchísimo que se hicieran partner con alguno de estos laboratorios pero repito a un super precio de promoción, para poder realizarme estudios cada tres meses, que incluso el laboratorio se los mandara a ustedes de forma directa, porque cuando fui a solicitar estudios muchos no saben casi nada, y te preguntan para que los quieres? Traes tu orden médica? Que estudió quiere porque de ese que me pregunta hay 5 tipos diferentes, y yo así toda desesperada de ser paciente y medio torearles, para que me hagan los estudios.mil gracias y saludos a Dr David Sinclear, que me enteré por el de ustedes cuando vino a Puebla al festival de las ideas. uploaded tests kept getting changed by the system. It keeps adding things that I didn't even test for.

It's interesting to get the results but then there is no support afterwards, so you pay a lot for the test and then need to go see a doctor anyway to help interpret the results. They have AI built in but it's not sufficient.

Since I cant reply to Inside Tracker's message back to my initial post, Im writing here again. The "Learn" that they suggested is the generic AI info that is informative, but isn't that helpful, as you still have to figure out what do to / how to supplement. Also, I called a left messages three times and no one from their team returned my call (even though their voicemail says they will return within a day).

App doesn’t open, just get blank screen.

I had the most stress free, easy friendly customer service experience with Inside tracker. I had scheduling issues with my blood draw and couldn’t make my appointment. I emailed InsideTracker and explained my situation. I thought I would get a response in a couple of days. I thought that they were going to give a hard time. I was wrong. I got a response literally in around 15min. They didn’t give me a hard time. I was very pleased they rescheduled my blood draw asap.

We had an excellent experience with your on-line support person.

Lower tiered suscriptions aren’t worth it. I have a friend who pays a lot ($3000+ per year) and he loves it, but I didn’t have the same experience. Customer service wasn’t helpful and the insights weren’t much more than I get from my primary care physician.

A smooth process and timely feedback.

This was advertised as personalized health care with a plan to optimize health with respect to the blood work. Sadly, it's just a cookie cutter "plan" that is as basic as anything you could find on the internet. My personalized plan was basically the same for all the different categories, and it was almost identical to my husband's plan, and he is completely different than me. For the cost, we should be receiving at least 2 consultations with real doctors. Not just an AI-generated plan that anyone could come up with on their own.
