I was charged a full renewal without amy prior notification or option to reconsider.

That's a terribly sneaky practice and I do not appreciate it at all.

Wouldn't recommend.

The entire process of getting scheduled for my blood draw was extremely difficult. I had to reach out continually just to get it scheduled.
When I finally got my blood drawn, I was informed that not everything was tested. I spent so much money for this test and am highly disappointed in the efficiency. I was given the option of a 15% discount on future tests. My sport dietician is adamant that I should get my money back.

It’s the same bloodwork that I have gotten from my doctor who actually triangulate the information and provide a comprehensive story. InsideTracker is very transactional and generic - no different tests or insights. More specifically, they provide a LIST of recommendations for each unoptimised result - some same across categories and in some cases as very long list. It would have been great if the recommendations were more insightful/specific after considering your full results. That way an action plan could be more meaningful. This was definitely a waste of money. I have not learned anything new. Maybe helpful for someone who has never done bloodwork.

I paid $1,765 up front. I never used any service or set up anything on Inside Tracker. They will not refund your money for any reason after 30 days.

the worse company and very expensive. I pay on december/23 on march i sent the blood test and today Octuber i havent received the DNA result> I sent 3 email nobody answer and now the give the refund just for 174.00 and the test price is 250. nobody answer, the result are very different with other 2 member of my family in compoaration with the my was better result???that they never explain to me that differet.

The customer service is super efficient, and really thoughtful. I just acquire their services so I'm waiting to go get my blood work done. The website and the portal are super intuitive and easy to access and add information. So far I had a great experience!

Be aware that only DNA results from InsideTracker's own DNA product or 23andMe and Ancestry can be uploaded to InsideTracker to get the insights for your health planning. This isn't clear from the marketing materials that state that you can upload your own results or enter them manually. This feature is for blood tests, not DNA, and is a major limitation for people who want to use their DNA to be more specific in their health planning.

There is a little more information than I get in my annual physical blood draw. I would call it personalized rather than customized.

Easy to navigate, my questions were always answered promptly and professionally.

I continue to have trouble uploading my results. Issues include markers not being available for selection from the drop-down menu, along with wholesale inability to upload some files.

For all of this effort, I could just enter my results into a spreadsheet manually rather than paying for a subscription with you.

I've done 3 Ultimate Plan blood tests over the last 3 years. The blood panel is definitely useful and provides a lot of great insights. However, please don't waste your money on their InnerAge product that claims to tell you your true biological age. My previous test, a little over a year ago, my InnerAge was ~ 2 years younger than my chronological age. My latest test said my InnerAge was 6.6 years older than my biological age despite most of my blood markers improving. My blood results are really strong (10 biomarkers normal and the rest optimized). I'm a super healthy 52 year old, have 10% body fat, eat healthy, have a 51.6 VO2 max (which is considered superior), and exercise 5-6 days per week. This is clearly just a marketing ploy for them to make extra money and it has absolutely no scientific reality.

They've been really kind and helpful. In a matter of minutes all my questions have been answered and my doubts solved. Great team!

Easy easy easy

I love the ease of use and the ability to get all these test done without begging my doctor to put in the lab orders. The app is great and I use it daily to check on my activity stats and review my other results and activity plan. We plan on getting our blood drawn quarterly to keep track of our health. Great company, great experience!

Great communication I love the fact that they keep you updated on everything

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Inside Tracker. I had two friends that used Inside Tracker previously and they told me that the results were a glorified printout of what most blood labs would give to their personal physician. They advised that the cost did not justify bloodwork results. Despite the advice of my two friends, I tried Inside Tracker anyways. I used my local blood lab to start the process with no luck. Inside Tracker failed to send my lab slip/request to the lab. I rescheduled my bloodwork for a second time and again, Inside Tracker did not send my paperwork to the lab to initiate my bloodwork. After the second failure from Inside Tracker, I called to get my money back. It took 4 months to get my refund. The customer service staff kept giving me the run around and advised me to try for a 3rd time with the blood lab. I kept fighting and arguing and finally got my refund 4 months later. The Inside Tracker staff later told me that they had moved to a new billing system and that my account was part of the older billing system. I did finally get my refund. I would not recommend using Inside Tracker.

29-AUG-2024 Edit: I logged into my InsideTracker account to find my previous purchase history and it has been erased or deleted.

Way too expensive for blood work not different from what I do on semi regular bases in Canada. Blood work done has not looked anything more than my doctor is doing for me, even though advertising as something special. Looked the general panel (for most people done during physical exam) liver panel (also checked during physical exam) hormon panel same as my doctor has me testing estrogen, testesteron, progesterone). For markers that are not optimal does not give any recommendations what to do.
Essentially, I paid over $600 US dollars to get same blood test I get from my doctor.
What I have learned, as tested, age is 10 years older than what I am by birthday. But does not explain how they arrived at that conclusion or what needs to be improved. I have fatty liver, this is not news, but is this that is making me 10 years older?
