I am so pleased with my experience. The perfumes came very quickly, and I am so pleased with them. Every one of them smell exactly like the real ones. Will definitely be ordering more once these ones have finished .

2nd delivery with leaking oils
2nd delivery with leaking oils. Not impressed or ordering again. Feedback already sent to support team. Unwilling to send another picture of packaging (which arrived undamaged) as issue is with the packing of the bottles or the actual bottles which arrived on both occasions wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap in a box

I had express shipping as part of my order, the express shipping took around 10 days this was really disappointing and also the lack of customer support, you will receive promotional emails but not a simple reply. Mad how they put their customers personal details on trust pilot, bunch of jokers

Great Customer Services
Am giving Inspired perfumes 5⭐️ as it’s when there’s an issue that you truly find out about a company. I gave some feedback as my 2nd orders roller bottle tops were not quite as good as the first lot in terms of quality - I got a really quick response, asking me for photos so their team could look into things and the company were apologetic. Never used the sprays but all the oils I’ve ordered have been lasting and smell identical to the originals. The “5” is because of the responsiveness of customer services!!! I don’t often leave reviews but felt compelled to - these days customer services often feel so distant and hard to reach but this company were the total opposite.
