My order came earlier than expected and the oil based scents i got are getting me more compliments than when I used the original spray ones. I will definitely be ordering more of my loved scents, who doesn't want to smell exquisite at the fraction of the price!

Excellent Products - Great Customer Service
I have ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed. On the one occasion where there was an issue with delivery, customer service remained in constant contact until it was resolved. Oils are long lasting and cost effective. I now have over 30!!

Do not buy from this company
I purchased as a gift for a friend of their selection. The bottles I received were not the same as shown in the image, looked very cheap and labels were shoddily attached.
I contacted the seller were they seems to be helpful, as they should after sending a defective item. They offered to take returns and give a full refund + cover the costs of me paying to return. Seemed very simple.
Unfortunately it has been 3 weeks since they took delivery of the returns. They have still have not refunded me and will not respond to my email 6 days ago after giving them ample time.
My only other course of action is to refund through my payment provider, report them to Trading Standards, and make sure no other customers has the same experience.

We are sorry that it took some time to issue the additional reimbursement of the return costs of GBP 3.60 to your PayPal account.

The Oud and Bergamot smells nothing like the original. It just smells like a very cheap perfume.

Not an Eternity smell? only gave 3 star's sorry but…
I only gave 3 stars as I’m sorry but have had 3 orders of Eternity which I have loved & so like the real Eternity loads of compliments on how lovely I smell plus very pleased with how long it lasts! But this last one so disappointing nice smell but definitely not an Eternity smell?plus not long lasting like the others I have had.
