I didn’t expect Instaflex, which does nothing, to take $81.00 out of my account without my knowledge or authorization and consent. I called to cancel and she acted like she couldn’t find me. I tried to cancel and she said it was too late. Large corporations taking money out of your account is just plain wrong. I had to go through my bank to get it resolved. Instaflex did nothing to help and is worthless. Do not get roped in!

Do not do business with this company. They are the Worst company ever it is a Scam Company I ordered a sample for 5.99 and charged tax on shipping 6.50 total next thing you know I'm charged 60.42 for something I didn't order. I wouldn't trust taking anything from this company it is probably is garbage in pills that will kill you. Do not do business with this company ever you will get scammed and never see your money back.

My husband ordered this product but decided it didn't work for him so we cancelled our subscription. That did no good as they kept sending the product and charging our account for it. I talked to customer service many times and I finally got the subscription stopped. The last bottle we got from them they told us to send back, how to send it, etc which we did. I still haven't been reimbursed for the returned bottle. I have tracked the return and found out exactly the day and time it was delivered to them. They keep telling me that when they receive it and process it that I will get my money back. Total BS. I would never work with this company again and would never give it a good review. What a scam.

My wife requested a sample. Canceled within the allotted time. They tried repeatedly to charge her $79.00. They tried five times to put the charge through. Luckily her bank caught this and blocked it. My wife called Instaflex to tell them to stop. The representative was rude, insulting and said "too bad, we will keep on trying until we get the money.." He actually said that!!! When asked for her account number my wife tried to explain she never had one. She was told she was being uncooperative, and he could not look it up by her name and address.
Huge red flags. This company is a scam Prove me wrong!!

I haven’t tried this product and let me tell you why. They offer you a so-called “free sample” but then charge you $5.99 for shipping. At first this seems reasonable. But then buried in the terms and conditions, which no one reads let’s face it, just by getting the sample you are automatically signing up for a monthly subscription and AutoShip. You only have 18 days from when you ORDER the free sample to cancel this membership without being charged further. Just the shipping time will take a good chunk of that time. And then you’ll have precious little time to try the product to see if it works for you before you have to either make the decision to receive your next shipment or cancel.

And if you do choose to receive your first AutoShip, a 30 day supply is $69.99 plus the $5.99 shipping. Basically they make you pay for the shipping on the “free sample” so they can get your credit card, hoping you won’t read the terms and conditions, so they can start auto charging you over $75 a month 18 days later.
