Was able to organise a same day appointment and within 1 hour Instamove sent Alan and Luca (Sydney) to do the job for me. The boys were fantastic very professional and friendly everything was moved without any problems I would highly recommend Instamove thanks again for the great service .

We can't recommend this company highly enough. From first contact to the conclusion of our move, communication from instamove was excellent and on point at all times. They phoned ahead and showed up on time. Juan Ramirez, Christian O and Nicolas worked solidly all day long with smiles on their faces. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble for these guys. They're an absolute credit to the company!

Daniel and Alexander were the ultimate professionals and made what was a challenging move very smooth. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys and see you next time. Instamove as a company was quick to respond to a query lodged (on a public holiday) and we had the truck booked before I had the chance to look for alternatives. Perfect overall.

Josh & Fernando were utterly amazing! They turned a very emotional move into a memory of laughs and steps forward to my new life. They were so efficient that I didnt have time to take photos. I will recommend these two till the cows come home. Efficient, thoughtful, careful and considerate hard working fellas. It's workers like these two that are the backbone of a respectful organisation. I was asked to keep quiet about my hideous experience with this company but I cannot. I hired this company for my move in November and it was nothing short of traumatic. I am STILL finding broken items they dumped on my garage and took off early - they did not wrap or take care of anything (yes i paid for premium services) DO NOT RECOMMEND - please go elsewhere - they broke several of my beautiful wooden furniture items, broke a bottle in my vacating home, when i caught him sweeping it up, he laughed and shrugged, every time I walk past my wooden bedframe I see the damages and chunks out of it and it makes me amgry. I should have gone for full compensation

From the beginning they were very transparent with costs and fit me in the following day for an emergency removal. Isaac and David came on time, were friendly and did everything to perfection, they took care in everything they did and worked around our schedule. No damages or scratches!

The company itself is a little pricey but so worth the money and peace of mind!!

**BEWARE** the quote provided was much lower than what it actually ended up costing. I think I was given a sub-contractor moving team which was disappointing. One of the removalist’s spent a lot of time down in the truck instead of actually helping to get boxes out. It would have saved me time and money if he actually did his job. He mostly helped just with the large furniture items and the other removalist was moving out the boxes. I know this because I was also going up and down the stairs and really only saw this one removalist with the boxes. I even helped get the smaller items out on both ends down to the truck and into the storage unit and everything was well packed and ready to go and it still ended up costing on the upper end of their estimate even with me helping. It cost over $800 to move a small one bed apartment’s contents about 20 minutes away. I have logged a dispute over the cost as they have tried to claim I was 5 mins into the next 30 minutes block (they charge in 30 minute blocks) meaning they charged for the full 30 minutes but I have time stamped evidence that they were within 3.5 hours, not over 3.5 hours. They are only getting two stars because everything got from my unit into storage without being broken. However do keep and eye on them as I had a box with two tapes wrapped around the entire box which were “kitchen” and “fragile” and they had this hanging off the side of a trolley. I had to ask them to move it somewhere more secure. I wish I had read more of these reviews before booking with Insta move. At some stage I will need to move out of my storage unit and it’s highly unlikely I will be using Insta move again. The service I thought I was going to get based off the Insta move website versus what I actually got was completely different and quite disappointing.

I could not be happier. Both Sandro and Ludo were so kind and worked so hard. They are a true asset to Instamove. Everything was well cared for. I would definitely recommend instamove.

Phenomenal! We crazy people decided to move with a 5 week old newborn and we were door to door completed within 4 hours. Eman, Kala, and Milan were incredibly professional with great communication. Great competitive price as they were so quick with the hourly rate. Would 100% use again!

I have used Instamove twice and they have been fantastic each time. I had 2 flights of stairs and the boys put their head down and got to it! They are very reasonable priced too. Will defintely be using them again.

Honestly, the best moving experience I have had.
The communication was excellent start to finish.
We had Sandro and Ludo move us. They didn’t look that big but my goodness were they strong!!
Very fast and efficient. And even though they were on an hourly rate, they did anything but drag their feet.
They seem to be going at 100% right from the get go and I was waiting for the energy to drop off, it never did!

My partner was so impressed with the work ethic and great attitude that he even offered one of them a job!!

I was about to book dodgy Removalist that had fake reviews! Thank God I double checked different sites first. These guys were well priced and gave me so much peace of mind.
