Amazing! Bruno and Lucas moved my 1 bedroom from Greystanes to Marrickville so efficiently and fast. They were so friendly, this was my first time using any sort of removalist and I know I'll be using insta move again for any other moves! Thanks Bruno ad lucas

Turned up on time and SO incredibly fast!!! Every other removalist I’ve used takes their sweet sweet time. Moved out of a house into an apartment and they made it look effortless! Will use again in the future 100%

We honestly couldn’t be happier with Instamove and the amazing team of Sam, Emen & Milan. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly polite, friendly, and straight into action. These guys worked so fast while still taking great care of all our furniture and belongings, nothing was too much trouble for them.

They were professional from start to finish, communicated clearly, and made what is usually a stressful day feel completely smooth and easy. It was impressive to watch how efficiently they worked while still being so respectful and positive the whole time.

If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, hardworking, and genuinely lovely people, we highly recommend Instamove and this awesome crew. Absolute legends, we would 100% use them again and recommend them to everyone!

We decided to use this company due to their great reviews, unfortunately our experience was completely a disappointment to say the least. We believe our drivers were sub contractors. Dirty truck with no signage. Yes they were prompt and friendly but rough as guts. My furniture was damaged with deep scratches in my new dinning suite, indoor fake palm plant broken at base, leather couch deep scratches and dirty hand prints, lamp scrap scratches and even my cake cooler that was packed in a box was buckled. I notice some damage before they left and they took $180 off but the damage exceeds over $1000. If you use this company make sure you don’t accept sub contractors. Very disappointed and angry with these young men.

Luis and Nacho from Instamove made moving house a breeze. They were organised, well prepared and careful while still getting the job done quickly. The admin team were also excellent, dealing with date and time changes with no issues and lots of updates on move day itself. Would recommend highly.

I was really impressed by this company from start to finish. At every point from booking, to leading up to the move, to moving day, they were working with me to ensure I was minimising costs by being transparent and helpful. I was moved by Julien and Matias and I thought they were fantastic. Particularly Julien who clearly has a lot of experience and took the lead in ensuring my items and new flooring wasn't damaged. Both guys had a lot of hustle from start to end. It was really impressive and the despite having to do two trips in the end (my fault for not sending pics of my items) the end amount landed just about what they initially quoted. I would absolutely recommend and would use their services again in future.

Frederico and William did a great job! They were friendly, efficient and careful with moving my furniture and fragile travertine table. They even did an extra stop to collect a fridge and then carry it upstairs, big effort. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

Luis and Hevert did an amazing job moving my one-bedroom apartment to a house in an outer suburb.

They were on time, professional, and worked
incredibly efficiently in packing the larger items along side smaller boxes.

The apartment was on a difficult street with limited parking but they were able to make it work with ease.

I really appreciated their hard work and I’d would 100% recommend Luis and Hevert to anyone looking for reliable movers.

Called when they said they would, arrived on time, moved the furniture efficiently and were careful. Basically just very professional, knew what they were doing and did it well.

Alex and Cristian efficiently moved my mountain of stuff in the extreme 39C heat with no complaints, whereas my own helpers were whingers, ha. The crew were polite, smiles, chilled and careful with my stuff.

We had the best possible experience with Instamove thanks to Eduardo and Sebastian. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They handled our entire house move with genuine care, treating our furniture and belongings as if they were their own.

Nothing was too hard—heavy items, awkward spaces, last-minute changes—they took it all in their stride with calm confidence and a great attitude. They worked quickly but never rushed, communicated clearly throughout the move, and made what is usually a stressful day feel smooth and well under control.

They had a really good 'can do' attitude. They communicated really well and checked if they were or unsure and offered potentially better solutions. They were both very friendly, super strong and did not waste any time. I have experienced another removal companies representatives 'dragging' deliberately going slow or carry one small or very light item at a time, these guys were definitely not them. Thank you both. I would 100% recommend you.

We moved from Cranbourne melb to moama NSW we were quoted just under $5000 ended up paying just over $10000 we were told one X-Large truck which Brock down be for it left there yards started to worry then 2 smaller trucks send not much care in taking care with our things then we’re told they would have to send another truck next day as they couldn’t fit it all in when they finally got to Moama unloaded our things they left at 12.45 am and we had a mess to deal with next day the 3rd truck arrives about 3.30 pm unloaded and gone by 6.00pm then to sort through our things to find certain things including my sewing machine left behind any one booking this company think again they were a nightmare never again.

Today’s move was a great experience due to Camilo and Jhons amazing team work. They couldn’t do more than enough to accommodate everything I needed to happen. Yes, punctual and communication was excellent. Downsizing from a four bedroom house to a two bedroom unit. Nothing was an issue and anything extra I thought of at the time they were so happy to accommodate me with. Not only were they friendly, knowledgeable and efficient but extremely respectful with lovely manners! Much appreciated and a big thanks to both of you & Instamove. Julien and Hevert were amazing! Clear communication, punctual and very efficient at emptying out my storage unit. They moved my items with great care, and made sure everything was secure in their truck. Both were lovely to chat to, and I really appreciated their suggestions for when I need to next move. Highly recommend their services!

Had such a positive experience with my move today. Santiago and Matti were efficient, quick, and very careful with my furniture. No damage! And they installed my appliances on drop-off, even went so far as to help drill a hole for a water pipe to fit through.
Really pleased with the experience from InstaMove today. Highly recommend. I’ll use them again!
