In addition, InstantConsult has been vital over the years in helping our family with our referrals and results for: Laser eye surgery, MRIs, X-Rays, ultrasounds, cortisone injections, Neurosurgeon, rheumatologist , pre-pregnancy screening and pregnancy scans/ follow ups while we waited 5 months to get into an obstetrician. As a first time user of this platform, I was made to feel safe and heard and the process was very easy to use and follow.

This is an absolute amazing service, 24/7 access to a doctor who can prescribe you with medication, referrals, etc.

Most I have waited was 15 minutes had my prescription or referral within a minute and only paid $45. This saves you from making an appointment, long waiting periods, going to the doctor, waiting again and ending up paying over $100.

Call was answered really quickly. The dr was very nice and gave me some antibiotics and some great advice on additional ways to help soothe a sinus infection.

The ultimate convenience for Rural Customers, where we normally have to wait for 1 to 2 weeks for our regular GP in the nearest town which is 40mins away. Instant Consult fills the gap "INSTANTLY" with appointments scheduled with only a 5-10minute wait time. This time I woke up with an ear infection that had swollen my ear canal & become sore. 5 minutes after booking an "ON-LINE" appointment, I got to 'face call' the doctor, who advised it was hard to determine if it was a drum or canal infection without being able to see me in person, however, she prescribed a general antibiotic & ear drops which would likely clear up either ailment. Sure enough, within 24 hours of starting the antibiotics & using the ear drops the ear was improving. 4 days later, all the symptoms have gone.
The only downside is having to pay for it in full, but worth it for the convenience, saving 3 hours of time & $20 in fuel, so a small price to pay.

I've been using this service for several years and it's extremely helpful. Really friendly doctors and an easy to use app. I'd certainly recommend if you have the money and NEED to see a doctor ASAP. Wait time is usually between 5 and 15 minutes.
