Non ho ricevuto niente di quanto pagato (licenza Office 2021 per Mac, 5 dispositivi). Anche se sul sito c’è messo pagamento con Paypal al momento di pagare non esiste Paypal ma solo carta di credito. I've purchased from this website before with no issues. However, my most recent transaction with them was not as pleasant. I had purchased a license key that was not valid for the software. After verifying I made the right purchases I brought the attention to customer service. No reply. No help. Will not purchase from again. Too bad.

SCAMMERS and THIEVES keep your money
Scammers they are. I paid for MS office on the 18th of June, a few hours later I still did not get my product key even though it was supposed to be "instant delivery". I went ahead and bought a product key elsewhere that I activated. So now I don't need the product key from insta legit anymore. After asking them for a refund for a product that I did not get, they replied to my email with the code. I told them I don't need it anymore as I bought a code somewhere else, and they flat out refuse to give me a refund. I disputed it with my bank. I know I'll be getting my money back for sure and I won't ever shop with them again

you are deceiving people. I already know who else suffered from this, but I paid for 2 MS Office Pro Plus 2021 licenses, and I didn't receive the licenses, it's been 2 or 3 months. I sent about 4 emails to support, and they did not respond, but they claim in their advertisements that they guarantee email responses and support in 12 hours at the most. I still need my money back.
