LUNA London Mirrors Avis 87

I bought a luna compact for my wife. From the beginning the switching on of it was extremely temperamental. 9 times out of ten it would not switch on, despite being fully charged.If we managed to get it on, then switching through the different lights, and switching off was equally difficult. So, they sent me a replacement. Guess what? This one was probably worse!! I even sent a video of trying to switch it on to Megan. I asked her, had she actually tried one as they could have a faulty batch. From then on there was radio silence on Megan's side. Pretty disappointing really. Still we have 2 nice compact mirrors without a properly functioning light. Would I buy from this company again?!!!!!

I purchased an eclipse travel mirror from a 3rd party retailer as a Christmas present and have a question about how long the mirror should stay lit on a full charge as I think the one I bought has a fault. I’ve tried contacting Luna London via 2 different email addresses, by facebook messenger and, as a last resort, through amazon but I’ve not had a response. The retailer I bought it from will take it back to test it, but I’m unable to find out if this is a faulty mirror or if the light just doesn’t last that long!

I loved my mirror when it arrived but unfortunately I realised upon charging it that the connection was faulty and it didn’t hold charge. I contacted Luna and the wonderful Megan was immediate in her response, very understanding and we tried to resolve the issue. It sadly didn’t work so Megan offered me a replacement and it arrived within the week. I was very impressed with how Megan handled my complaint and put it right in a timely manner. I came away feeling what a great company. Thank you Megan, you’re a true asset.

Shambles of a company, ordered a mirror for my wife’s birthday. Paid for next day delivery. 7 days later still not arrived, no response on emails. No contact number. Do not use

Meghan was super helpful and went above and beyond the call when she realized that an email I'd sent had been missed. She organized and shipped a part for me and kept me up to date with the progress. Apart from the product being lovely, the customer service was fantastic. Thank you Megan !

I’ve got the Orbit mirror and I absolutely love it! Hands down the best mirror I’ve ever owned. The multiple light settings are so useful and the extra magnifier attachment that can be magnetically attached to the mirror is a game-changer. The Orbit feels sturdy and looks sleek, plus the mirror can rotate to whatever angle I need. I’ve been recommending to all my friends and colleagues!

I have the Luna orbit mirror and it is honestly brilliant. The light settings are awesome and the zoom in feature with the additional mirror is super useful when I am doing my make up. Great quality, slick and would deffo recommend!
