Not only was this the best solution to our problem, it was the most economical, as we were sold what we wanted - not what other companies tried to up-sell us. Insu-pak have failed to remove the rubbish of the glass that they removed from our conservatory when they replaced the roof. They claim that the vehicle they use could nto lift the hippo bag of rubbish.
NOTE: Insu-payk have yesterday mid-afternoon sent a supposed larger vehicle to collect the large hippo bag of rubbish which was glass panels that were removed from oru conservatory and replaced by insu-pak.
the 2-persons arrived to remove the rubbish. they were not happy. they ahd to man-handle each pane of glass by hand themselves and my husband had to help them to move the last pane of glass onto their vehicle.
Thankfully now, all of the rubbish ahs now gone and our driveway is completely clear and we are able to use it.

Had my 40 year old conservatory roof replaced last week. Vaughan and Nige the fitter did a brilliant job as the conservatory was so old it was very challenging! Nothing was too much trouble - spent extra time on water proofing, cleaning the whole structure and making it look brand new. Basic installation one day with extra half day to finish off. Very pleased with the result!

Overall a very positive experience from the initial visit and quotation to satisfactory completion. The improvement over the old twin wall roofing both in noise and insulation has made an area previously only fit for storage and occasional use to a fully functioning habital room. I happily recommend Insu Pak for their professionalism and workmanship.

From Vaughans first visit through to fitting, a very easy transaction. No high sales pitch, very good price. On the day of fitting, Vaughan arrived on time and within a few hours, we had a nice new roof. Fingers crossed we notice the difference in temperature once we get a summer.

The whole process was good from start to end. Vaughn came promptly and gave us a very reasonable quote. We were going away on holiday but he returned as soon as we were back to do the survey. The whole process took about 6 weeks from start to finish.He then returned within a couple of weeks to replace our conservatory roof

A first class experience from initial survey to completion. I originally had 4 different quotes for a 4.5 by 2.5 conservatory roof. One quote was £12500. I code InsuPak because of better quote and better material. I had to wait for about a month for the panels to be manufactured, a fitting day was arranged and the two man fitting team were excellent and completed in under a day. The conservatory is notable warmer during the cold nights. I would recommend InsuPak to anyone.

I first contacted Insu-pak in January 2026, and Vaughn came out to look at my conservatory within days. The installation took place 4 weeks later, and, apart from a minor hiccup, all went very well. I am very pleased with the results, as it is warmer, and quieter than the old roof. The conservatory is also very light, which is one of the things I was concerned about when considering a new roof. The men work very quickly and efficiently, and it only took them around four hours to fit it.

From when Vaughn initially arrived to the finished product going everything went very well.
We are very pleased with our new roof conservatory feels warmer and no leaky roof either.
We're very sure that come the summer the conservatory will no doubt feel cooler.
Nigel and his son worked very hard, on the day arriving just after 9.30 am and finished by 4pm.
All the work very professionally carried out and all the clearing up done as well.

I am very pleased with my new roof. Straightaway I noticed how much warmer it was in the cold and cooler in the sun. I can now have the sliding door between the lounge and conservatory open all the time. Vaughn's service was excellent, and he completed the work in one day. He had to return to repair the lead flashing, but he did this quickly and effectively without question.

From the initial contact with Vaughn, to Nigel surveying our existing conservatory polycarbonate old roof. The communication was very good.

We had an appointment for a day confirmed, however due to issues out of insu-pak control the roof could not be carried out. Communication from Insu-pak that day was very good, keeping us updated . The insulation of the conservatory roof was carried out on the next working day by Vaughn.

So pleased with out new conservatory roof, and what a different’s it has made.

We are so pleased with the panels in our 7m x 3.5m conservatory, the change is huge, in this extremely hot and sunny weather we can comfortably use the room - whereas before we could not.
Nigel and his helper were efficient, tidy, polite and very careful in their work. They fitted the new roof in less than a day and we have enjoyed the room ever since - even more so with NO spiders!

Very pleasant to deal with no pressure very clean and tidy work one small leak but sorted within two days would highly recommend
