Just finished getting our life insurance sorted with Kevin pettet at insurance first. He made, what had been up until now a rather complicated issue due to my under lying health issues a really easy affair, totally recommend. Thanks Kevin.

Absolutely blown away on service from Brian Carter.

Sorting life cover and income protection can be a bit of a headache, but Brian made it dead easy from start to finish. He explained everything in plain English, no waffle, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting.

He took the time to get to know my situation and found me the right cover without trying to oversell anything. Proper honest advice, which is hard to come by these days.

Any questions I had, he got back to me straight away, and nothing felt like too much trouble. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and looking after his clients.

After doing nothing about my life insurance for years I finally had an appointment with Ian Norris. Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable which put me at ease straight away. Kevin Pettet provided clear information regarding the different products and options for income protection, and patiently collected information on my medical conditions.

Though only one insurer was potentially interested in insuring me, and it did not work out, I cannot fault Insurance First and have no hesitation in recommending them.
