Made mortgage application over 2 weeks ago made follow up enquiries after a week and a day ago Liz Maxwell or her assistant has not even bothered to respond or give me any updates. Do not use this particular advisor as completely useless and no care in looking for a mortgage for a new customer. ZERO STARS.

I’ve worked with Pascalie on my remortgage, and I can honestly say she goes above and beyond. My case had serious complications due to restrictions that required solicitor involvement, and at one point I genuinely thought it wouldn’t be possible to complete. Despite this, Pascalie chased solicitors tirelessly and made sure every issue was resolved. I can’t even count how many times she contacted them to get things moving. Thanks to her dedication, my mortgage was successfully completed. I truly couldn’t thank her enough.
